I’ve never waited less than 25 minutes for even the simplest order here. Also they are always out of spicey chicken. Please staff your locations better. This place takes your money then wastes your time.

The service is extremely slow. Never seen any Popeyes location that takes half an hour to make a Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
The lady at the counter was busy doing nothing and only one man was making all the food.

I waited 30 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich, and there was only one order in front of me. But what was really frustrating was that they said it was on its way out, and proceeded to take another ten minutes. And two others got their food first even though they ordered after me …
However the food was good and the cashier was nice – I just wish they could’ve told me how long it would take (it is fast food, after all …)

Popeyes really needs to do something about the staff at this place. My wait time was extremely long. I usually don’t mind that as I have sympathy for fast food workers, it can get really busy. What was infuriating was the carelessness and lack of urgency on the team. They laughed and joked with a bunch of customers waiting. Most of them were in street clothes, had headphones and chains on with no hairnets. I watched as one of them picked at and ate fries, zero concern that there were customers watching him a few feet away. Another one of them had their daughter at the establishment and was engaged in distracting conversation and was really rude to customers. It was actually sad to see such a poorly run establishment. Considering it’s a rest stop, I would highly recommend you skip this place if you have to get back on the road in a timely fashion.
