I feel Popeye’s makes the best Chicken sandwich, even better than Chick-fil-A. I saw an option to add Bacon last time I ordered from this restaurant, so I did that. I was very disappointed when I got home to find that even though I ordered and paid for the addition of Bacon to my Chicken sandwich, there was no Bacon on my sandwich. So the Chicken sandwich is the same high quality here as other restaurants in the chain, but the level of service did not match what I’ve gotten in other locations

Absolutely dumpster fire of a restaurant. Have an issue almost every time I go to this particular location. The most recent one was I arrived about 45 mins before closing and the line took about 20 mins to get up to order. While trying ti place a small simple order I was told that they weren’t making anymore food due to them closing in about 30 mins. I don’t understand the point of bothering to stay open if you won’t make anymore food… just close early if that’s the case. They also weren’t even nice or apologetic about it.

New location in Centereach, ordered the shrimp box with fries, classic chicken sandwich and jalapeno poppers. Everything was delicious but the jalapeno poppers were by far my fav… real peppers, so crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I went through the drive thru and there are long lines right now as it is so new to this area.

I ordered 10 piece family meal and asked for sauces. Spent almost $30 on this meal to feed my family and when I ask for the the dipping sauces I only received one sweet heat and two buttermilk ranch. Who’s having one sweet heat sauce for 10 pieces of chicken? My husband had to get out of the car and request for more sauce in the store and the employees said the sauces are for the nuggets? That’s a lie. Nuggets are new to the menu. How dare they make an excuse and lie to the customer. That is very terrible customer service. We are Very dissatisfied. This is not the first time but I’m sick and tired of this. Not coming back to this location.
