Absolutely disgusting. First, I ordered online. When I arrived at the store, 20 minutes after placing the order, it had not even been started. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the order. When I got home ro eat it, the chicken was burnt and dried out. The wings were totally obliterated; nothing but some hard dried out skin. There was no way to even tell tgey were wings. The skin on the breast came off in one dried, thick piece. It was like a piece of paper machete, only worse. I was died out and so bad it almost disintegrated in my mouth. I generally love Popeyes Chicken. Not this time. Well, even if the West Babylon store offered to “pay me” to eat their chicken I wouldn’t do it. That was a waste of $25 dollars. That was the first and last time I will ever eat from that store. I would drink a gallon of baby formula before I would go near that store again. A pathetic excuse for a restaurant. “BLAH!” “YUCK!!”

This Popeyes never disappoints! The chicken was incredibly fresh—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. You can really tell it’s made fresh, not sitting around. What truly stood out was how accommodating the staff was with my kids’ requests. They were patient, friendly, and happy to make small adjustments to keep everyone happy, which makes a huge difference for families. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I can’t believe that after bringing my children here and spending $29 on two kids’ meals, I couldn’t even get a small refill of lemonade without being charged extra.
It’s disappointing, especially when you’re dining with your kids and expecting a little bit of understanding or hospitality. A small extra lemonade shouldn’t feel like such a big issue after already spending that amount.
I hope management considers situations like this in the future, because experiences like this can really affect whether families choose to come back.

The assistant manager here is so friendly and always smiling and engaging. My son loves him and he always provides great customer service like making sure you get your sauce and our order is always right.
