They take a long time to serve food, Sometimes they get your order wrong and the workers seem annoyed to do the job. There are plenty of other places in this area for fried chicken that are more reliable. Come here is you are craving Popeyes specially or want to try a limited item but don’t hold your breath for the best version of this fast food or the best experience.

Half the time, they get orders wrong at the Valley Stream location on Merrick. Tonight my daughter ordered and paid for a 2 pc meal white with a strawberry lemonade and a thigh on the side. What she got was a one piece meal which was a thigh (though they don’t have one piece meals) and a sandwich. Still got the drink. No breast and wing. The sandwich was not eaten and my daughter refused to go back.

I was given the wrong order on doordash, and I believe i was food poisoned because in the middle of the night, i woke up and vomitted everywhere in the sink so hard, vomit came out my nose. I was covered in vomit. NEVER AGAIN.

New Black guy Manager takes his job too serious forced me to cancel because of his attitude, the questionable service made me question how they handle the food as well. Wont go back to that location.
