I just don’t understand this place sometimes it’s like no matter how many times you order things just don’t go right. Obviously my fault for keep giving businesses chances. Ordered 3 surf nd turfs legit 2 tenders and some shrimp comes in each. You’re telling me this place didn’t have 6 tenders to give. No sauces were added to the bag at all. And to top it all off It took DoorDash delivery drivers to still get the wrong order. I don’t even eat drumsticks and no biscuits when it comes with the order is crazy works. If you want them to do right just go in person they won’t mess up in your face clearly

If you order from here just be pair to wait three business days for your food. If you order online. They NEVER go in number order. They skip numbers all the time. Makes no sense. Don’t let me get started on the drive Thur. Your best bet is to go inside and order much faster. For the most part, places is clean.

I have TMobile and they had an offer with Popeyes. It was very easy to go online (or you can download the Popeyes app) and apply to TMobile code. The Popeyes site was very user friendly and I like the layout as well. The customer service and the process to pick up my order was seamless. I’m happy there’s the option of doing thru drive thru as it was raining today and would be VERY inconvenient to have to walk inside the store. The window servers were pleasant. My food was crispy, HOT and exactly as I ordered including the right sauce. Overall I’m satisfied with this Popeyes location.

The staff at this Popeyes location could use significant customer service training. I had an unpleasant experience with a drive-thru employee regarding my order. When placing my order he was informed that I requested sauce to go with my meal. However, when I arrived at the window, the sauce was missing as originally requested to go with my order.

When I informed the employee, he sighed and rolled his eyes and returned with only one sauce. When I asked for an additional sauce, he insisted that I could only have one because “he says so.” Through this interaction, he was not only rude but also condescending. He was smirking and laughing as if my request was a joke.

I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, hoping for a resolution. He made me repeat the issue multiple times while the drive-thru employee continued again with laughing and smirking. The manager ultimately stated that there was no more sauce, giving me the impression that he was enabling the drive-thru employee rather than addressing the unprofessional behavior.

Overall, this experience was frustrating and I would not be returning to this Popeyes location. It truly validates many of the poor reviews already written about this store location.

Classic Popeyes food, classic Popeyes service. Drive thru was almost full with vehicles waiting and slowly advancing. Ordered via the mobile app and decided to go inside to pickup instead. Luckily there were ample parking available in their parking lot at that time. Restaurant had a few customers waiting on line to order inside and that moved along very slow, too. Store should have a sign indicating there’s a separate line to pickup mobile orders. Ordering ahead via mobile app and pickup inside the restaurant was quicker and the only good experience about my last visit.

Omg ! I’m so upset. I ordered 14 pieces of tenders for my kids, 2 mashed potatoes and this is what the tenders were. I ordered other things like two large fries and a few pieces of chicken and biscuits but didn’t have an issue with those items. I’m NEVER going back there. Other Popeyes wouldn’t do this. How is this a tender. Also, I asked for gravy on the side because one of the kids eat it and one doesn’t, she said I would have to pay to have the gravy on the side. UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered a fish sandwich and when I got home it wasn’t in the bag. I went today (a week later b/c it was not an easy drive and they 1. Lied and said come back tmw supervisor is not there thru the drive-thru 2. Said that my receipt was dated 2 weeks ago because it said 2/28. 3. I was right and he was wrong with the dates. If you want your stuff missing then def go here. But check your food when you get it. I was tired and didn’t check it but it still isn’t my fault that I didn’t get what I paid for. Then I tried to get help online and they denied me stating that they online help with online orders thumbs down

I am NEVER going back to the Popeyes in Baldwin because they ran out of most of things I wanted! Then I ordered something else and the drive-thru window clerk advised me to pull up for a minute to wait for my order. After 15 minutes in the tight area and cars barely able to pass me, my husband went inside and asked what’s going on?! Then he waited another 5 minutes before coming out! They’re horrible with customer service, not friendly and don’t even smile to greet the customer! NEVER AGAIN, I’ll drive all the way to Uniondale instead!

Ordered a two 3 piece tender combos at 6:51pm for pickup. They send a notification that it’s ready by 7pm. Cool. Get inside and there’s a crowd of people smacking their phones against the plexiglass so they can THEN START your order. They prioritize certain people over others as you stand there 40minutes for them to finally pay attention to you. No one is calling out names ans there’s order tickets just spread out on the counter in piles. Worst experience at a Popeyes in all my life. Wow.

Don’t know what happened to this place but it used to be good. First of all I waited about 25-30 minutes just to order my food, Secondly, the food had no taste. All those herbs and spices wasn’t in this chicken. Funny thing is someone told me that the food lacked at this store. Was very disappointed. Last time going here. The one is Bayside much better
