Have come here several times . Walked in and ate that took 16’minites for 3 tenders meals.They never have anything ready to eat . They always make u wait at least 10+ minutes.All Indian ran and ignore u most of the time … Went through drive thru today and I ordered and they said , wait here til we call u the. 10 min later they tell me to pull up to the window. Clearly they only bake what u order when you order it . $20 for a 3 piece tenders meal.here . Other Popeyes it’s $12-$14 …. . Nothing like the other Popeyes . Not good at all . Your team is poor as is the slow service !

The ppl are professional and friendly. The boy prepared the beverage for us put very little ice in our cups, which was good. I asked him to change the wings to legs, he had no problem with that. I can tell the ppl working there cover each other. The place is relatively new and clean.

Has already happened a few times where only the sides get delivered. Like… im ordering chicken, so why would I only get fries and cole slaw? On all occasions when the store is contacted, to see if they can deliver the chicken, that was supposed to be delivered in the first place, they just tell me they can’t do anything about it, that ill just have to go pick it up myself. So my question is, what is the whole point of ordering food to get delivered if im gonna have to go get the most important part of the order myself? Y’all should at least be better trained and just do your job right. It ain’t that complicated in my opinion to bag some food and hand it over to a delivery guy, just saying.

Order is prepared quickly and the chicken pieces are crispy and warm. However some tables and restroom area can use some cleaning. The table seating space is quite narrow / tight.

I didn’t get my 6:30p orders until 7:30p.
I scheduled a 630p order and when I got there there was nothing. When they finally found the orders in their system the Mgr said it was put in at 5:45p and that is when they were made and when I didn’t show up they threw them out. I reminded them that they were scheduled for 6:30p. The manager unapologetically repeated that I ordered them at 545 so that is when they made them. I responded ‘so the Scheduling system has a glitch’, he agreed.
No apologies no remorse,.
I ordered here in the past, never a great experience but it was just the way the manager seemed to blame me for making a ‘scheduled order’ was disappointing.
This is the main reason I am posting this review, I never expect great service from overworked fast food workers. But being blamed for using a very standard option in online orders didn’t feel fair.

The worst!! Food was cold. Fries were dropped in a paper bag. Was given 2 rock hard stale biscuits. Wrong pieces of chicken were given for (2) 3 piece chicken meals. Given coleslaw instead of the mashed potatoes. Given corn which was cold. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I VISITED THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT AND BOTH TIMES, MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE

Word to the wise, if you make customers wait 20+ mins for “fried chicken” at a fried chicken restaurant, make sure you at least give them the fresh pieces and not the dried up pieces leftover from the previous batch that no one wanted. This was prime dinner time at 6:00pm nonetheless when customers (more than 5) were waiting for the orders when the restaurant itself is empty.

I received the wrong food and the manager ALi didn’t fixed the mistake. He didn’t offer me to give me the correct chicken. Don’t go here, the people that work here is horrible and has an attitude. The management at this location doesn’t know how to help customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
