I am not going back to this Popeyes restaurant is the worst in food, quality and attitude. The people in their speaking in their own languages cursing me out because of serving me raw chicken blood is coming from it I brought it back. They change it and cursing at the same time in their own language, and they gave me the same exact thing with the same problem The chicken did not cook on the fries was cold. Very disappointed I even go as far as I started eating it and it made my stomach so upset. I started to puke Very disappointed in this Popeye, especially with the employees Behavior!

I like the restaurant! It’s close by, and a good walk, and the chicken is good but there are a few critisms I have. For one I think there needs to be a table and seating in the shop. I understand the kids from the school across the street would come in and cause a problem, but that just causes problems for other people. I ordered and once I got home I decided to check the order. My order came out wrong, (I was missing a few pieces of chicken) and I had to walk all the way back, which really aggravated me. Atleast make a sign, saying that “high schoolers can’t dine or sit in from 1:30pm–3:00pm” or hire some people to kick them out if they start disturbing customers. Another thing is the rubs for the 6-12 piece chicken. I really do like the rubs, but the Sauces lack variety. The only sauce they have is the honey BBQ, signature hot, and Sweet n’ spicy. Instead of those, bring back all the sauces, so that the customer can choose between sauce or rub. My favorite sauce was the garlic Parmesan, and now there isn’t any more. The rub honestly doesn’t do the sauce justice, at all. The rub is bland, and honestly just not good. There would be a few times I’d taste the flavor on the chicken, but other wise, it’s disappointing.

If I could I would give a zero YES these people all about taking the customers money and giving the wrong food and then when you speak out about it they look at each other like they don’t understand? Don’t go to this location very bad zero n the manager is never there smh? I tried calling they keep hanging up the call what kind of business is this I need the manager or I will escalate this to the better business bureau . This happened twice in one month and I don’t think the manager knows !!! But he will now and that cashier with the green shirt an nose piercing she always knows what’s going on but acts dumb!

Ordered on line for pickup. Waited 15 min before going, but still had to wait almost another 20-25 min to get food. Part of order was for spicy tenders which is why they said it was taking so long, after making us wait they told us they had no more spicy tenders. I was so upset…you mean I could have gotten my food 25 min earlier!!! Wow! Then to top it off tenders was not fried fully crispy, and biscuits was hard. Not going back, I’d rather drive to the other side of Queens to find another location.

I can swear that they are probably using the same oil that they cook until they started service for the first at this store, after 3 hours you would get taste from your stomach like orange juice which comes into your troath. If you have any respect your body and your organs you must never prefer this location

In response I need to leave positive reviews on the 3 Popeyes I have been to that have blown my flavor buds out of the water. I love a spicy chicken sandwich and Popeyes is usually the juiciest and best flavor of them all. This was my first bad experience and I wish you would open in the United States virgin islands.

I walked into Popeye an hour ago and ordered a chicken sandwich meal and told the cashier to replace my side order with an extra biscuit he said okay but after I left I checked my bag there was only one biscuit in the bag I also ordered a classic chicken with mayo and medium drink. I got charged for a small and medium drink but received two small drinks. The sandwich has no Mayo or pickles I didn’t receive any receipt.
