I want to leave a special review for Rania at the 520 Clarkson Popeyes. She always carries a smile on her face and has such positive energy that instantly makes people feel comfortable. She’s kind, respectful, and very honest.Once, I offered her a generous tip and even suggested a front desk job somewhere else, but she politely refused and said, “Popeyes is like a family to me.” That honestly touched my heart.She treats customers with genuine care and love. she feels like a daughter to me. I wanted to share my experience from today at Popeyes 520 Clarkson.
When I went there, a guy was arguing with me about my order. Instead of apologizing, he was blaming me for everything, which made me feel uncomfortable.But then a girl named RANIA came from the back. Even though it wasn’t her mistake, she politely apologized to me, fixed my order, and made sure I got my food properly. She even apologized again on behalf of her coworker.Her kindness, professionalism, and calm attitude truly impressed me. She handled the situation so maturely and respectfully. Employees like her make a big difference.
She’s the best and definitely deserves recognition and much more.

Completely forgot my fries, messed up my chicken sandwich and not to mention tried to pass off whatever this is as their chicken crispers. I ended up throwing up from the poorly made and apparently poorly cooked sandwich will never be ordering here again.

Horrible horrible customer service
I placed a mobile order came to pick it up. The frozen lemonade wasn’t available which was understandable I asked for a regular lemonade server proceeded to yell at me saying it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes which is understandable. I stated give me a regular lemonade then continues to yell at me about the machine. I asked to add ice to lemonade took him 5 minutes just to add ice. I Didn’t want it anymore threw it out, server proceeds to yell curse and degrade me as a woman from the walk up window. Behavior continued despite realizing I was recording. This behavior has to stop. As a customer service employee you are a representation of the overall brand. In customer service the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.
I’ve observed this behavior with plenty of other customers previously not once did I think I would have an interaction like this. As a frequent shopper I am truly disappointed

I ordered a 3 Piece Chicken Tender Combo and DID NOT receive my chicken tenders! After paying for DoorDash delivery I had to travel to the store myself for the missing item. I did not even receive an apology from the manager who seemed like she could care less. DO NOT order from this store unless you like poor customer service and incompetence!
