Unfortunately there is a racist employee at this establishment. The instructions for pick up at both the drive through and counter are to provide your name. We have never run into an issue with this method until today. My girlfriend (a black woman) was standing in line inside to pick up our to go order. In front of her was a white woman also picking up her order. A male employee asked for the white woman’s name, he handed her the food, and she was all set. Next up was my girlfriend, mentioning again that she is a black woman. She stepped up to the counter and was asked for the name on the order by a female employee. She gave the name on our order as usual. This didn’t suffice with the female employee so my girlfriend was then asked to show a picture of the order. My girlfriend was highly confused and didn’t understand why she had to show a picture of the order after providing a name. We’ve never run into this issue after the many times ordering from Popeyes. My girlfriend also mentioned to the employee how the white woman who just received her order got it with only providing a name and there was no issue. The employee did not care and practically demanded to see the photo before giving my girlfriend our order. Highly disappointed with this establishment and how they pick and choose how they want to do things based on the color of one’s skin. Will no longer be supporting this place.

Tried the BOGO promotion on UberEats for Popeyes’ new Rojo Sandwich. Was expecting it to be very spicy, but it’s not much different from the regular Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Cant beat Popeyes, this locations had a lot of change over the years. But the managers have been doing their best, never had a bad experience with them. Always ready to help and address any concerns promptly, any issues and the managers make it right and you leave happy.
Will note, lobby closes earlier than the times posted on the door. Late nights you have to use the drive thru window for pickups / orders.

We ordered drive thru at the New Rochelle location at 7:15 pm on a Saturday. When we are about to pay the employee said cash only as systems were down. We paid and asked for receipt. He said since systems were down a receipt can’t be produced as well. The employee even offered to give a free soda. We felt very uncomfortable and it seemed like something wasn’t right. Hopefully the owner looks into this and checks books and records as well.

I used to love this Popeyes. The old staff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always made sure the food was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, everything has changed. Whether it’s new ownership or just a complete staff overhaul, the new team is a huge letdown. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, but it’s nearly impossible to understand them. The language barrier makes communication frustrating, and they can barely speak or understand English. On top of that, the food quality has gone downhill—what was once fresh and flavorful now tastes stale and poorly prepared. The service is downright terrible. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend finding another location if you want to avoid the headache.

This Popeyes location is clean and doesn’t get too crowded. However, my visit was not up to par yesterday. It took about 15 minutes to be serviced, although I was the first individual in line to order food. Three of the four workers were handling Uber orders and the drive thru while the young man was working hard, handling the food in the back. Also, they ran out of shrimp at 4:30 in the afternoon. There should be a better system in place when servicing the patrons who are waiting to order.

Popeye is great chicken but the chicken sandwich price went up extremely high. The bucket is over $50 for 16 pieces. I can go and buy lots of chicken for that amount. The service was ok. Not great. It was my son and my wife and the server gave me one BBQ sauce and one other my son wanted. 4 pieces of napkins knowing chicken is messy. And no ketchup. I had to ask for it. So just as we stop going to taco bell for for fake Mexican food. We might have to stop going to Popeyes for expensive chicken and bad service.

My experience was a terrible one. I ordered 2 mac and cheese which cost me close to 17 dollars only for it to taste so disgusting that I had to throw it out. And the service was so horrible, never again will I go to this location. Take a look at the pics the mac& cheese was so low it didn’t look tasty either.

I was picking up my order, the staff was treating me like air, and finally my order was ready, I just wanted to check if the straw was inside of the bag and I found it so I was heading out, all of sudden the staff was yelling at me like “what are you talking looking for?”, I was still nicely replying “oh I was looking for straw” then she said with really annoyed face and tone “ everything is packed inside”. This is really disrespectful. She literally gave me a very bad attitude. I didn’t even ask her if the straw is inside. I just check myself, why she has to yelled at me like that? It is not my problem that she has a shitty job. Geez. Anyway, so I cameback home opened the bag, guess what, they packed wrong items. I ordered smashed potatoes, she pakced cajun fries. What a depressing place? It’s my fault to choose to order from this place.

visited this location recently and not only was the food terrible, but the employees were even more disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager & the manager was rude & nasty. Don’t waste your money here. I believe the employees name was Fnu. If you’re going to have a nasty attitude you should not work in the people business. Would never trust them to make my food. SUCKSSS !
