I think this place has improved with newer staff compared before very unorganized. They are nicer here compared to port Chester ones rude and won’t let you choose chicken. I usually ask for specific chicken and they give it to me without a fuzz. Thank you. Quick and efficient.

I usually order from this restaurant with no problem (the chicken breading is sometimes undercooked) but I ordered delivery from the app from this location and was greeted with mold on my bread as I was nearly done with my chicken sandwich. Disgusting, I will never be buying food from here again.

The young lady that took my order was extremely pleasant. In a joking manner she was making me feel guilty about my order. She was definitely playing along with me as I ordered 1 meal and an additional sandwich. She kept asking if that was all! I got my order in short time . The cajun fries were crispy outside nice and fluffy inside. The spices were were just right, not overpowering more of a compliment to the potato. The store itself seemed a little dark and cramped. Overall I feel Popeys does a better job at developing new products than its competitors.

Terrible experience. No sandwiches available. Cashier automatically upcharged every item without asking. Rude when clarified I did not want the large sides and refused to correct or refund. Charged individually for drinks which were supposed to be included in meal combo.

This place is trash, employees are rude they’re not accommodating at all. Over priced and they don’t provide enough condiments. I spent $40.00 on popcorn chicken and tenders and they wanted to charge me additional. I only got 1 sauce per order. The shrimps are nothing but breadcrumbs. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, location is dirty. Tables weren’t cleaned. Avoid this dump and bad experiences ! Beware !

I tried to like this place. The first time I went there the young who is the manager messed up my order and refused to return my money. He eventually did, I wasn’t leaving. Fast forward months later I decided to return and he is still there underperforming. The cashier was great, she moved quick. But he took forever to give me 6 wings a biscuit, coleslaw and a bottle of water. By the way I didn’t get the biscuit. I also got a mystery piece of fried meat, it wasn’t a wing ! I am done.

A few weeks ago we wanted to do a chicken sandwich challenge to compare 6 sandwiches, including Popeyes. Not only did it take forever for one sandwich, the sandwich we were given (pictured) had almost no chicken (all breading), was incredibly over cooked, and completely inedible. When I went to pick it up the guy wouldn’t accept my screenshot pickup code. Stood there for over 10 mins after he claimed we never placed the order. Had to bring my boyfriend in, to which they then gave him this sandwich and asked me what I was waiting for, as if we weren’t together. Complained to the company and they said this location would reach out- they never did. We will never return to this location.
