I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat only fried chicken today, and once again, I left disappointed. The pieces were small, excessively greasy, and clearly not the “signature chicken” advertised on the menu. I paid $23 for thighs and drumsticks the size of winglets—completely unacceptable.
This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I was overcharged—ordered the 3-piece meal special, which should have been $5, but the cashier rang up each item separately, costing me $15. Unfortunately, I only realized this after getting home.
To make matters worse, today’s service was incredibly poor. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employee ignored me, casually messing with mashed potatoes. There were no other customers around, so there was no excuse for the delay or lack of attention. When he finally took my order, he was unprofessional, and the food I received was far from satisfying.
I’ve given this location too many chances. I will never return to this Popeyes again. The franchise owner should know their staff is underperforming and driving customers away.
Honestly, I knew I should’ve just gone to Jollibee.

I had a strong desire for Popeyes chicken, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The chicken did not seem fresh and had an unpleasant taste. The biscuits were quite stale and firm. The mashed potatoes had the flavor of being microwaved. The french fries were excessively greasy and soggy. I am quite disappointed, as this was a regrettable expenditure.

This is like the third time I order separate 2 tartar dipping sauces and it never gets delivered with the rest of my order, the only one I get is the Buffalo sauce.

What’s the point of having a customized pieces option if the workers are just going to ignore them? Then their app, where i ordered, doesn’t work when I try to get help on it, and even says a ticket was made and RESOLVED when it wasn’t! And once or twice I could call a coincidence, this is the third time! Would give negative stars if I could.
