Ordered take-out at 7.15pm for 8pm pick-up. When I arrived for pickup at 8, the order was not ready. Then they had to place a fresh batch for cooking, making me wait 20-25 mins. This would have been ok if the person at the counter was at least a little apologetic. The person was totally indifferent and did not care in the least. If I had not pre-paid, I would have walked out. Never going back to this location.

This store, which is virtually the only one of its kind near Princeton, has been one of my ‘happy places’ for years. It used to be such a wonderful spot, but recently, the chicken has been undercooked and has started to smell like strange chemicals. I sincerely hope it returns to the quality it once had.

I’m genuinely disgusted and so upset right now. I ordered 8 pack of butterfly shrimp that was supposed to come with a biscuit right, but when I recieved my order, there wasnt 8 pieces of shrimp. I bit into it because I was confused why the pieces were big and they gave me CHICKEN. Mind you, I have a strict religious diet and I cannot eat haram meat and I can’t trust if this place serves halal meat so I sticked w a safer option and chose shrimp. They didn’t even give me the damn biscuit too like js greedy atp. Whoever made my order I hope they recieve their consequences because this was so wrong on so many levels and I have never went out of my way to make a complaint before. Never coming back here again yall fr did me so dirty.

Ok so I had ordered a 6 piece spicy tender meal with 2 small sides for $12.99 excluding tax about an hour before they close. I was told they ran out of spicy tenders. The worker had asked me what I wanted instead and I said “a spicy chicken sandwich.” He said “how many” and I replied with “whatever is $13 worth is fine.” A couple minutes later I was given a meal for a family of 4. 100% my fault for waiting at the register 15 min,
not even acknowledged with a hello or be right with you. They were too busy trying to get there pick up orders filled. More Uber/Door dash drivers came in and were helped before me and other customers that came in to eat at your restaurant. Even the Uber drivers were upset and complained that their food was not ready. The manager didn’t even care just said “if they want their food they’ll wait”. Great business model you have and way to lose a customer.

Better than average fast food place. Very clean with adequate seating. The menu has something for everyone. The food is of very good quality and service was very fast. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this for everyone.

Just watched a worker in the back make a sandwich with no gloves. I asked if they use gloves here, and he said it was for him. Even if that’s true he still went into the bread, no gloves, the chicken bin, no gloves. Absolutely disgusting, would not eat here if you value your health.
Edit: Occurred between 12:30-1:00pm on September 28, 2025, and the manager was right there and did absolutely nothing. I confronted the worker and he just stood there. My review stands. He touched pickles, mayo, everything no gloves then smashed the sandwich with his bare had and handed it out the drive through. The manager was the one who told him to lie and say it was for him when it wasn’t. FOR YOUR SAFETY READER, DO NOT EAT HERE.

It’s Popeyes, better then KFC. It’s nice to get fried chicken so late when you work 2nd shift.
However, my problem after multiple orders, they tend to switch out one of my chosen “mixed” with a wing which, isn’t bad but I would like to get what I ordered.
And some times before I ordered boneless and gotten the ones with bones
Changed the star to 1.
Been going to Popeyes as it’s more bang for my buck at this time of night.
Twice again they give me wings over what I ordered, I’ve even checked dark meat only for my last order.
The chicken was bloody on the inside.

It’s nice to have a Popeyes this close but I only occasionally get the Cajun Red Beans and Rice and Mac n Cheese since I don’t eat meat anymore. They could put fish on the menu too. I wish they could try a Vegetarian Piolet, they can use cauliflower or Oyster mushrooms. So everyone can get the experience.
