I was dissatisfied with this Popeyes early on, as the food never matched the order. I have not had this problem in a long time, and have had 3 very pleasant visits recently. I did have to wait longer than I’d expect to get served inside, considering there was no line, but the drive through was very busy so it made sense. I am very happy with how well this Popeyes turned around!

I will never do an online order again because I had to call and make sure they gave me what I wanted. I told the woman that I wanted both dinners with two thighs and a wing. From the pictures u can see what they delivered to me. Then I called back after the man delivered it. They tell me they can’t do another order unless I bring it to them. I also said I wanted them to deliver me another order. But they won’t do anything.

I’m having problems with the app i told the manager & she told me she’s not having problems. So that means i shouldn’t have any problem cuz she said so. I tried it again & the app took my money. I tried to show that to her but she was no help at all. MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I’M THE WRONG ONE CUZ IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE APP I TRIED TO SHOW HER BUT IT WAS LIKE SHE REALLY DIDN’T CARE. THE AMOUNT OF $22.36 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. & I GOT NO FOOD. I WASTED MORE THEN TWO HOURS JUST TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT I WON’T GET BACK FOR 7 DAYS. Thursday May 25…place is filthy! Food is dry and handed to us in an unprofessional way…who pits both orders of fries in one basket??? Kids working here need supervision! Tables not cleaned, no hand sanitizer, bathrooms dirty! There is food all over the floor!

To be fair, the quality of the food is typically consistent and what is expected.
However, I do have a complaint in regards to the way they operate.
Example: the menu clearly states pricing for tenders but they refuse to give them to you for the advertised price
They state *this is how we have always done this here” referring to charging for a different item that is higher priced instead of charging the marked price on the menu.
After speaking with the manager on 2 separate occasions I have given up

This is super whack. Just came home to this – guy goes we didn’t have a large container for the Mac n cheese I ordered and says “I’m gonna give you 3 smalls instead.” Ok, no problem but I came home to the photo below – each one of these is not half filled and this is flagrant gouging. It’s a little Mac n cheese in reality but man it makes me upset that people (in this case the owner or GM, I saw him they the drive thru window) would do this to get over on people. It’s super weak and my man, I just want you to know and I hope you see this review – you aren’t getting over on me, this is my satisfaction. I hope the corporate look into your shadiness and if this is a common occurrence, you get your franchise revoked.
