Visited on Thursday, November 6. Ordered an 8 piece 50/50 mix of spicy and mild chicken and sides on the app. When we arrived I was handed a bag with the receipt attached saying it was all spicy. When I told the girl st the window it was incorrect, she said, “Well that’s how it came across from the app” with a blank stare. Even after showing her the order on the app, she couldn’t figure it out. Realizing it was a lost cause, I left and called the store.
Pablo, the manager kept saying the same thing; that’s how it came across on the app as if that makes it okay. The right thing to do was to take 4 pieces of spicy out of my bag and give me 4 mild. Apparently that was too much to ask. Oy!

THE WORST CHICKEN EVER…. – the chicken was awful, ordered 16 pieces and out of the 16, there were only 2 breast pieces and the rest were over fired, burnt and very small. The quality of the chicken was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal. I have been to Popeyes all over the US and have never tasted chicken this disgusting. Me and my family were disgusted by their customer service, food quality and manager. I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant.
They also gave us the wrong size for fries, they gave us 3 small fries, we were supposed to receive 3 large fries and when we told the manager refused to give us our 3 large fries and instead gave us another small fries.
I will also contact corporate and will take further action towards this branch.

We ordered the mix and match family meal on the app, and didn’t get 3 of the items and also ordered a breast and mashed potatoes and didn’t get the potatoes. Tried to call twice to no answer. It was empty at 6:15 on Saturday night. Im pretty sure I know why.

My son ordered buffalo wings. He said they were sweet possibly the wrong sauce was put on them. He asked could he just get fries instead for the mix up and the African American guy with low cut guy at the register said no. You get what you pay for. When I fact he never did to begin with. I went to Popeyes on Wednesday night with my family and I decided to order my child chicken nuggets. Pictured below, this is what I received. They were growing mold on them and were bright green when I opened the box. I reached out to Popeyes corporate and so far, no response or resolution to this health hazard. My bill was over 50 dollars too. I wish I did not order here. I am highly disappointed and concerned with the food quality. This was a health hazard and could get someone really sick.

First of all when you walk into place was filthy….. The chicken was burnt to a crisp… And was dry as hell… It was like you got kidnapped and the kidnappers were born baby powder in your mouth…. The worst Popeye’s Chicken I’ve ever had and I have Popeyes every 2 weeks…. But I will definitely never go back to the one in Atlantic City again…. Secondly the chicken was cooked mixed with the fish… All the chicken taste fishy…. Which was bad for me being that I’m allergic to fish… I wound up in the hospital getting a shot…. And this was the Popeye’s on Atlantic avenue in Atlantic City… The mashed potatoes I like potato chips…. Chunky chunky and disgusting… And the gravy wasn’t even gravy … It was like you poured water on your mashed potatoes….

I purchased a two can dine… Which I usually pay between $17.99 and $19.99 for… Can they charge me the food was not edible at all…. And I am writing a letter to the company being that I’ve been getting Popeyes every other Friday for 30 years…. And I’ve never ever had a problem… Going to any Popeyes… Except for this Popeyes on Atlantic avenue in Atlantic City…. I would request anybody if you don’t want to get sick… Then you will stay away from this Popeyes…..
