I’m not sure what’s going on with The staff here but customer service is horrible! I placed an order at home at 8:05 PM To pick up my food by 8:25 PM. It’s now 8:53 PM and I’m still here with no food! Was told to you come inside because it was coming out. I went inside and I was standing in there for over 10 minutes just for them to get to me and then ask for them to drop some butterfly shrimp. Why wasn’t my order ready? Oh, because they only have one cook allegedly. Well, it’s a ton of food that’s fried up just sitting right there and in front of my face. I’m so unhappy. I really hate that. Camden has these horrible establishments and it’s not even that they’re horrible. They feel like because they’re in the city they can carry on like this and it really annoys me!!! Eventually, I will stop spending my money at these places. I really have to stick with cooking at home. It tastes better and it’s way cheaper. maybe the day staff is better because the night crew thumbs down/rotten tomatoes and this has been from six nights within two weeks because those shrimp got me in a chokehold… update it took an additional 25 minutes for my items to be done. I get all the way home settled in wash my hands put on a movie open up my box and they gave me plain shrimp with soggy fries…. (incorrect order) I ordered lemon pepper shrimp. So now I’m sitting in my car at the drive-through once again. I don’t know who the manager is but this is crazy. They need a better staff maybe some young people that wanna work nights. My son feels so bad for me because he knows one little thing can throw off my whole meal and send me to bed angry and hungry! I feel bad for the DoorDash customers who can’t get out just in case their order was messed up and I hope and pray that their orders aren’t messed up because DoorDash is really expensive with all of those fees to be messing up someone’s order

Ive always ever only been in drive thru. Food is always warm to hot. Biscuits are a hit or miss with being fresh or old and dry. Staff is staff especially the African American young lady. I did however have hair in the food and trashed it. When I called I was asked how do I know it doesnt belong to me. I showed them the hair no apology. What so ever. Its not ok to behave like that do better

This Popeyes needs help. We have ended up here twice, and will not do it again. The food is not good. I’m not sure how, but they mess up every aspect of Popeyes. The service is tired and sad. The seating area and the restroom were dirty. It’s in a really weird industrial area, and both times we stopped by, their back outside trash area was a mess. Everything about this place screams unsanitary conditions and E. coli.

When you ask for the 10 piece that’s on so they tell you that it’s cheaper if you get the mail but they literally don’t have a 10-piece meal so you will be paying more money I don’t like the games they play and the little gimmicks anyone can add and subtract. Picture added at the end of the night about 2:00 in the morning food poisoning from this location. This is the second time that I have gotten sick from this location never returning ever again. Definitely have to let the health department know about this

Terrible. They don’t care how the food looks as long as they’re getting your money. I hate city fast food. They give the bare minimum. Past few times I couldn’t get mac & cheese that was actually all the way cooked

They’ve allegedly changed their prices. I got a breast thigh and biscuit and was charged 9+ change. The lady said that the price went up. I’ll fry my own chicken for now on because that’s ridiculous.

I’ve gotta ask, what place has a drive through but makes you come inside to pick up the food you ordered? Never encountered this before, I thought it was bc I was ordering online but I noticed everyone else had to get out and go inside too. They said my food was done but then had me wait like 15 minutes for the bag, watched them prep all my stuff in the back too. Again, just weird management. They need some better managers or something, no clue what could even cause issues like this.

Their food is expensive so I use coupons, however Overall I choose Popeyes over any of their competitors ( chicken mash rice and biscuit ).
