Mobile order pickup. Went to drive thru. Chicken is cooking. It will be ready in 7 minutes please pull around to the front doors. Wait 10 minutes! Get out of the car to get my order. They were just then packing it up. So much for fast food. The real problem is I like their offerings. Especially the Cajun gravy on the mashed potatoes!

Ordered 5 tenders and 4 shrimp using the app. I pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes and they told me to pull around front it’s not ready, they will bring it out to me. Total wait time was 15 minutes. That’s the bad news, good news was they were friendly and the tenders and shrimp were hot and fresh.
If I had waited 15 minutes and the food was cold and dry that would have been disappointing. Not many fast-food joints are “Fast” these days so I’ll accept the wait if the food is quality.
The location looks old and dirty on the outside, didn’t go inside so I can’t comment.

We haven’t dined at Popeyes in many years. This restaurant was clean, even at the lunch hour. Food was hot and delicious, the fries were not real crispy but the overall experience was good.

I’d avoid this location and go to the one in Maple Shade instead. The size of the chicken here is really pathetic, and I don’t have a huge appetite. However my husband and I were shocked when we opened up the bag. You literally get pieces half the size of those at any other location. I’ve had bar buffalo wings with more meat than some of these pieces.

I can’t review the food as the counter lady refused to serve me the wings that I Always eat at Popeyes. I am at Popeyes atleast 3 – 4 times a week. And I always order and receive All Flats. But this particular store wouldn’t serve them to me so I didn’t get anything to eat. Only a diet Coke. What a ridiculous store. I’m at a Popeyes right now on Blackwood-Clementon Rd. In Blackwood NJ. This is a great store. Come here for the service you pay for. I’ll see you all here.

There should really be nothing more to say, but the service was nearly as bad. The cashier doom scrolling while taking orders, one word answers to questions that begged for elaboration, and a dining room full of boxes.
There needs to be a complete rehaul, here.

I just got home with my drive-through order. I got the fried pickles to try and when I opened the bag the pickle cup was no more than half full. Seriously, this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Came inside to order food. The OK just took out the trash, then came inside and started touching the food without washing his hands. I said something and the manager thought that it was funny and no one said anything about it and then the guy went to go wash his hands I’m waiting for the rest of my order. They put half the order on the counter and saying oh don’t worry it won’t be cold. It would be cool if it’s sitting on the counter from underneath the heater longstory short guy never washed his hands, took out the trash to food thank God everything I got he didn’t touch me even eat the food. What a waste of money and a waste of time with a manager stay there and no one did anything.
