So when I got to the window, the person taking my payment gave me an attitude. He swiped my card and handed it back to me, for some reason the payment didn’t go through so before I gave him back the card I asked “what was the total?” There were no cars behind me, parking lot empty, but he got upset and like threw his hand up almost demanding for my card. So I told him “calm down, watch how you speak to me, relax. I just wanted to know my total, ok?” Then as I’m going back to where I was heading with my food, I open my beans and there’s a bug in it. I already ate the chicken, but seeing that made me throw up. I tried calling them several times but no one answered the phone not once. Expect a visit from me very soon because you’re going to give me back my money… you’re welcome! Never coming here again..
Update: and before anyone comes for me I’m latino, so I know very well all of our different dialects, there was Dominican younger kid working there. Pretty decent customer service, but to the Mexican guy that took my order and payment at the window, you deserve to get fired. I’ll be contacting the owner and also the company if it’s a franchise store or not.

Love Popeyes but I didn’t have a good experience. Took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me at drive thru window. Then was told to pull to the side for my food. Upon receiving it my wings were barely sauced and rice crunchy. Best part of the meal was my drink.

The value is awful. We paid $25 for 18 wings and got 17. They are super small this is an awful deal. I wish we checked the box before we left the drive thru but we had to wait so long we were just ready to leave. Wish I could get my money back. This is only worth $10-$12.

I really didn’t want to post this but the night manager needs help. This place never has food. If you go a hour before closing all your getting is fries and a chicken sandwich. Yesterday I went there at 11:30 and when I pulled up the lady on the headset said, they were closed. I said you guys close at 12 right? She said, “we don’t have anything.the restaurants was totally clean with no sight of food. Someone needs to train the night manager and let him know that the last hour that he can cook chicken to order so he does not have a lot of waste versus not making any sales and having all those employees on the clock not making any money. I have had quite a few bad experiences at this place, more than five. Normally the employees do as they are instructed by management so this is where help is needed. Sidebar let me just tell you about the horrible 24-piece Wing that I ordered. I paid almost $70 for my food and my wings were soggy and they smelled like old wet raw chicken. I definitely deserve a refund

The food here always tastes good and the location is great. The drive thru is good and the building is well built and clean. But the service is so bad . The employees on the drive thru are very impatient. They also have very few limited options whenever I come they never have blacked chicken available or Mac and cheese. I walked over to this location I got there 1 hour before their lobby closed. It was honestly quite annoying if your going to close that early at least post it correct times.

Waited 14 minutes for my mobile order and was told to wait when I got to the window. The sweet & spicy wings were super small and looked nothing like the pictures! It’s basically a sweet Thai chili sauce. I received no dipping sauces for them either. This location needs to step up.

Placed the order at 12:18pm, did not order anything out of the ordinary. Three chicken sandwiches, six wings, mashed potatoes… now it’s 12:42 and I am still standing here waiting.
People are slow to take orders and fulfill orders. My order was $34. If it takes more than 24 mins to satisfy a $34 order, good luck keeping yourself in business.

This is by far the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to and that’s a tough one to beat. I love Popeyes chicken and this Paramus location does it right with top quality food and great environment from the decor to the music. Great work
