Today I ordered 5 blackened tenders combo at 9pm on a Saturday night. The tenders were undercooked. The sweet tea had expired tags on it. The lobby was freezing cold. It says the close up the store at 2am but from the looks of it , you would think they were getting ready to close up. Now I’ve been to many Popeyes. I know a good one when I walk in, but this one didn’t hit the spot and just gave me an upset stomach. Hopefully they can make some better changes to this store

Why fast foods isn’t hot anymore. I just picked up and the food wasn’t even warm. Just a hint of warmness. So that means it’s just sitting there, collecting bacteria! Fries soggy, shrimp and chicken strips not warm/hot at all. Totally a waste!

Today I ordered from one of Popeyes near my location for drive-through option. First of all, I waited on drive-through lane and then in parking lot for more than 20mins. Never heard from Popeyes associate and then went inside store and picked up my order.
When I got home, found honey mustard sauce missed from my order.
Next, the seafood I received wasn’t 1/4pound. It was hardly 10 pieces(This wasn’t the case before because I have already ordered from another Popeyes store).
Then, the chicken pieces were not fresh at all and we thrown them away.
Finally, this order spoiled our Friday night dinner and $24 money. We ordered outside just to start our weekend relaxing. But ended up with worst case scenario.

These guys would not let me use the restroom before ordering despite me repeatedly assuring them I’ll order food after i go. They instead screamed and cursed at me and told me they’d have non-consensual relations with my mother (to put it lightly) this location is an absolute joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been to this Popeyes a few times, but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, but instead, they gave me four orders of 6-piece classic boneless wings without telling me that 20-piece nuggets don’t exist. They should have explained this before finalizing the order and told me the price upfront.
Also, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo for $10.99, but later I saw extra charges for large fries and a large drink, which were not mentioned at the time of ordering.
The food was good. However, the lack of clear communication at the drive-thru made this a frustrating experience. Clearer explanations when taking orders would make a big difference.

Terrible location. This place deserves no stars. I’ve been to many Popeyes locations, and this one takes the prize for the worst food, location, and service. In my recent order, for example, the gravy was disgusting and watery. I knew something was wrong the moment I saw the employee serve it. I pointed it out, and the manager stepped in, insisting it was completely normal and that nothing was wrong since he had made it himself that morning. It was a disaster. I asked for a refund immediately, and he refused. Additionally, the manager took my gravy, scooped some out, put it back in with the rest, and then poured it back into my cup. How unsanitary is that? Another complaint is the manager and the rest of their employees. They were all disrespectful to their customers and very unprofessional. This place deserves to be closed just from the sanitation department. I will never return.

An awful experience all around. I am not given enough food after ordering on the drive through and paying for everything. When I call the Popeyes and ask to come back, I am spoken to rudely and am given a 5 minute limit. When I come back in time, I was given mac and cheese that had suspicious black marks on them and a spicy chicken sandwich covered in buffalo sauce, that was meant to be classic. The mac and cheese seemed inedible and the chicken sandwich was too spicy at this point. Really need to step up customer service as the manager consistently makes mistakes and refuses to accept that he does.

This place needs the health department #healthdepartment . Not clean, very unsanitary, slow process and I have gotten food posion after eating the spicy wings. The manager in the picture is very rude. I had to wait 20 minutes after placing a order on the app. They spill your food on the dirty counter then scrape it back into the container. The workers looked back to see if i seen and kept packaging. They placed the chicken tray over garbage and then reused tray for new chicken. No gloves being used. Very disgusting does not meet popeyes standards

I’ve never really been a Popeye fan, but had to take advantage of the coupon offering for the 6pc chicken for 2.99, only available at the drive thru. I got the mild and it was nice and crispy and the chicken moist. Better than KFC I have to say. So now I’m a fan. However, still can’t say I care for the cajun french fries though. Anyway, for the price it was a great value and delicious. Update 11/7/19 Just waited in line for 20 mins to get their new chicken sandwich. Big crowds, limit 3 sandwiches. Super delicious though. Big, moist, batter crust and bun just right. Better than ChikFilA in my opinion. Priced right too.
