Service was fast but employees were cold and unfortunately rude. Nonetheless, the meal was incredible. Haven’t been to Popeyes in a while but I will be coming back. Wanted a spicy chicken sandwich but it was Sunday and chick fil a was closed of course. Sandwich was great. Cajun fries were my favorite, the buttermilk ranch is one of the best I’ve had. And a freestyle coke machine to top it off! Very cheap and great food

If I can give this establishment 0 stars I would. I went to pick up my food drove back to my job opened my food and all I can say is WOW. My 1 year old god daughter can eat this in 5 minutes. Little amount of fries and very tiny wings with no meat on it. Let’s not talk about the chicken was dry as if they have refried it. I called them and the manager stated he made my order himself next time get a large fry because with a small fry they give in moderation. I literally ordered a combo that’s what it comes with! Horrible definitely will NOT BE BACK!

I order here far to many times than I would have liked. This is the 3rd and finale time I will be going there. One day I placed an order for the 8pc chicken (legs, wings, breast etc) I came home and when I opened the box they gave chicken tenders. I can’t even call them chicken tenders it was just skin. I called them and they told me to bring the food back and they will give me my original order. The second time I order chicken again it was the 8pc they didn’t inform me they only had breast. This time I check in the parking lot. I when back inside and said that I only received breast that’s when they stated that’s all they had and nothing else. The last straw for me was when I order the spicy chicken sandwich and when I looked at it it wasn’t even the regular chicken breast. It looked like left over BBQ ribs on a bun with sauce on it.

Busy place! I had a coupon for half off chicken fingers, a biscuit and a side! The staff were very busy but nice! Food was served as quickly as they could, the chocolate beignets were made fresh as my meal was put together! They were heavenly…a must to try when you go!! Everything was hot crispy and delish! I had enough to take home and have another meal! Will be back again soon! There is a cute little river running right along side, very clean water with ducks !! Nice stop on your journey or a pleasant break!

I found a strip of metal twine embedded in the chicken portion of my crispy chicken sandwich. I’d just so happen to be in a well lit area – I can only imagine how many times this sort of thing is overlooked. This is very disappointing, and quite frankly overshadows any good customer service I may have received . One star – ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS LOCATION.

The people inside act like they don’t want to serve you they’re tired of working Plus the chicken is dried up, the biscuits are hard as a rock I never had biscuits like that in my life. And the mac and cheese was the most disgusting stuff I have ever ate in my life this Popeyes serve the worst mac and cheese in the world it was dried up real thick you can pick it up with a toothpick it was just too disgusting to even eat.

Worst location of Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered fish sandwiches and blueberry pies for delivery. They were apparently out of both (they are limited items), but instead of refunding my order or calling to ask what I would want instead, they sent out chicken sandwiches and apple pies as if I wouldn’t notice. Everything arrived cold and soggy too. Reviews suggest this is a common issue. Corporate should close this location to avoid hurting the brand’s reputation.

Ordered the 3 piece blackened tender meal on the app only to find out at the drive thru that they don’t have them. My order didn’t print so I told the guy what I ordered. In the end I walked away with 6 original tenders a large drink and my mashed potatoes. Guess I made out ok in the end. Pretty sure I wasn’t charged for it either.
