I visited this Popeyes yesterday with a friend and her baby and the service was very disappointing. Two young employees at the counter had a rude attitude and one rolled her eyes even before I asked anything. After placing my order I was just standing by the counter looking at the menu, not asking about my food, but they still asked for my receipt and said my order had just come in with an annoyed tone and gave it to me like I was bothering them. When I placed a second small order the attitude continued even though I was polite. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable, and their tone seemed different with customers of other nationalities.

This was probably my first time having fried chicken at an actual standalone Popeyes outlet. Before this, it was always at a mall food court or a highway rest stop — never at a full location.
As expected, the menu was pretty standard: combo meals, burgers, a few seasonal wraps, sides like wings, and drinks. Nothing particularly unique stood out.
The restaurant had about six booth seats on each side, with a decent, laid-back ambiance. We ordered, 4 Pc combo meal, chicken wrap and 6 pc wings.
One small hiccup — they were out of a particular sauce when I asked for it, but when my wife asked a little later, magically it appeared from the back. Funny how that works!
One more thing: placing hot chicken directly on top of another piece isn’t a great idea — it makes the crispy coating soggy. That crunch is the whole point I am here for, isn’t it?

Clearly noone can read. Made the sandwich wrong TWICE. First time left off the cheese and bacon on the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. Then made it with spicy sauce instead of mayo which was never the order. You think after the first time you would make sure it was correct the next time. Especially for an item on their menu without any changes!

Hands down one of the best Popeyes ever. I dont understand for the subpar rating but my experience here was super positive. I ordered through my popeyes app but i sat in and eat. The manager in charge say hi even before we even ordered (which was surprising) – the staffs was friendly – not just friendly but really pleasant!! It is nice! When I got my food the manager thanked me by my name (must have got my name from the order on my app). The place is spotlessly clean. While I was eating here, their interaction with the walked in was very pleasant – patiently responding to question anf recommending people using the apps to get discount and promos. Pretty impressive. I have been to some awful Popeyes place that are dirty and they never get even a simple order right – but this is far from it – i got my order quickly and my chicken was fresh and succulent. I guess every Popeyes have a store culture and its dictated by manager in charge and the culture in this store was amazing, positive and efficient!! Hands down 5 stars in everything they are doing. Thank you Angel the Manager and Team!! Job well done!! Keep it up!

Officially not going here anymore, the last 3 times I’ve ordered and they’ve messed, ruining my meal. Order is repeated back correctly but not put in correctly. Don’t wanna go inside and be all annoying even though my receipt doesn’t back up my story, just not worth it. Popeyes is too expensive for these consistent mess ups.

DO NOT EAT THERE, stop by there yesterday and placed the order through drive thru was told need to wait 6 minutes…ok np. Waited on the parking lot and food came out and was delivered as promised but when i start eating i noticed chicken wasn’t cooked all the way….nasty. Called 3-4 times nobody picked, finally got someone on the phone who promised to communicate to the owner. Asked for call back and nothing, so i guess owner doesn’t care about poor food they serving. 2nd day not feeling great and they careless. Horrible!!! Stay away from this place

If I can give this establishment 0 stars I would. I went to pick up my food drove back to my job opened my food and all I can say is WOW. My 1 year old god daughter can eat this in 5 minutes. Little amount of fries and very tiny wings with no meat on it. Let’s not talk about the chicken was dry as if they have refried it. I called them and the manager stated he made my order himself next time get a large fry because with a small fry they give in moderation. I literally ordered a combo that’s what it comes with! Horrible definitely will NOT BE BACK!

Busy place! I had a coupon for half off chicken fingers, a biscuit and a side! The staff were very busy but nice! Food was served as quickly as they could, the chocolate beignets were made fresh as my meal was put together! They were heavenly…a must to try when you go!! Everything was hot crispy and delish! I had enough to take home and have another meal! Will be back again soon! There is a cute little river running right along side, very clean water with ducks !! Nice stop on your journey or a pleasant break!
