There was a time when Popeyes used to be in top list of fast food Chicken sandwiches, but not anymore. I ordered Chicken Sandwich and actually now it’s been 4 hrs trying to get off the bad taste of it and can’t( seems old cooking oil), still burb the awful taste of it. Popeyes went down hill lately and gave the top spot to others like Chic-fil-A that kept their food quality consistent. What a petty . Can’t advise ordering food here unless you’re desperate.

I visited when it was grand opening.
Service was very slow as a long line of people awaiting orders started to pile up.
Hopefully they are able to work out the kinks as I love their chicken.

This Popeyes is new to the area. We are regular customers at this location because of conveniency, easy to get to & in a great location right off of rte 18 in East Brunswick. The food is fresh, hot, & satisfying. My only complaint is not the Popeyes but the workers & Managers, they have a very rude staff, very impatient, & was very dismissive when I received my food & began to check if my order was correct before pulling off from the window, the manager approached me & waved his hand to move on, I responded there was no rush or any customers waiting behind me, let me finish checking my food for the correct items I had purchased, he began to mumble rudely under his breathe, in his language, I asked him to speak English so I could understand his issue, he slammed the window while I was speaking. I didn’t have time at that very moment to file a complaint but this platform will get to the customers who review this location with caution!!! Customer Service is necessary in the fast food industry. No one wants an angry employee servicing them their food. Attitude goes along way.

Close whenever they want. Drove over two hours because i thought it was a convenient to stop and get some food. But great they just decided to close 3hrs earlier and it was Tuesday! Not some weekend

They were out of everything except fried chicken. No sandwiches of any kind, none of the advertised ghost pepper wing. Lines were long to order and so was the wait for the food. We ended up getting the spicy fried chicken and it was dry and tough. Overall the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had.
