Food is good and they’re quick to fix mistakes. One word to the wise: employees, when someone picks up an order that was part of a MISSING order, don’t make snide comments. My daughter went to pick up the items that were missing to begin when they shouldn’t have been. If someone pays for an item, then don’t make remarks about someone picking said item up.

They were out of everything except fried chicken. No sandwiches of any kind, none of the advertised ghost pepper wing. Lines were long to order and so was the wait for the food. We ended up getting the spicy fried chicken and it was dry and tough. Overall the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had.

I recently visited Popeyes and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the food was not up to par – the chicken was old and dry, and the bread was stale. I took a bite of my order and had to throw it away. It’s disappointing to have spent $20 on a meal that was completely inedible. I hope the restaurant can address these issues and improve their quality and customer service in the future..

The food I ordered was not prepared right. I purchased a 4 peice spicy meal with an extra side of Mac&cheese and a extra side of gravy. The chicken wasn’t spicy at all, like it wasn’t marinated correctly. Mac & cheese was over cooked like mush. I WOULD NOT recommend. I love “Popey’s Chicken” but would not eat at this one again.

Purchased 3pc chick meal food was overcooked cold and dry also did not get my biscuit that was possibly a blessing. No napkins or utensils in bag. I had to look up the place as the recipient doesn’t have the store number to complete the online survey. Shame on quality!!!

The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have visit this location several times and it never fails. They forget items from your order, there’s never no apologies just attitude! I wish there was an option for 0 stars !
