No dark meat, no shrimp, no lemonade. Ordered a spicy chicken ghost sandwich, and got a plain spicy sandwich. Been going here for 6 years, continuously unsatisfied. I even called the number and no response. Do not reccomend this location. Service and items seriously lacking.

I went to the drive-thru on terrill rd to pick up my prepaid order. I opened my spicy tenders and they were COLD! Not even warm from being under the heat lamp…COLD, like they had been sitting out and they were hard. Like they were old. How??? There was 0 people in the drive-thru AND in the store. Why did I NOT get hot chicken, hell, I would have taken warm chicken…but COLD. My intuition told me NOT to go to this specific Popeyes because their service SUCKS but I had just left urgent care & was just ready to get home. This popeyes…numerous times tried to cheat me by giving me regular tenders instead of spicy and not giving me the sauces I had paid for. And each time I had to go back to get the correct order. THIS POPEYES SUCKS. Go to ANY other popeyes…plz!!! THIS IS THE POPEYES ON TERRILL RD IN PLAINFIELD. ITS HORRIBLE AND I HOPE IT CLOSES DOWN FOREVER!!!!!!!

I’ve frequent this Popeyes many times. Grab some chicken on my way home from a long work day. As I am eating a Chicken Breast, the texture seemed a little different. Half way through it is CLEARLY uncooked! I am so disgusted and disapppointed. Its unfortunate as it is convenient on my route home. Well they just lost a loyal customer. I WILL POST A PHOTO IF I CAN FIGURE IT OUT. 1st timer.

I ordered buy one get one and had it delivered using Uber eats. Twice, I was missing one sandwich. I ordered two buy one get one. Hi chi cken sandwich and twice, there was one missing . Also, one of the sandwiches I got was a fish sandwich being offered that week. Very incompetent , orders not checked before sent out evidently. It was in a sealed bag. Not Uber eats fault.

2025: this one latina lady is so nice making our experience good even if the place really needs improvement, so far restroom is also clean and smells good.
2024: An old restaurant looking exterior and interior. Needs upgrade to entice more customers but good thing they got a good crew. Descent customer service that we received. Food is also warm and good in quantity sharing. If not for the need of store upgrade then it would have been a 5 star.

Not sure but I think they have new owners and since then the quality has gone down.
I was there Wed 11/26 in the drive thru. And not sure what was going on with the person in front of me but I was in that drive thru for about 15min just sitting. You could clearly see there was some kind of disagreement going on. Anyway when I get up to the window the person takes my card, walks away from the window is gone for about a min, comes back and says did I give you a receipt. I told him know and he takes my card and goes back to the register and then comes back with a different order. He gives me my receipt and he has over charged me. He did remedy the issue by making sure I got the right order and gave me a refund in cash since he charged me 6.00 over my meal.
But I get home and look at my account and see that I was charged twice 15.34 and 22.80. So now I have to go back and get my 15.34 back.

There’s something off about this place. Multiple times they’ve charged me for things I didn’t ask for. At this point, it feels like they’re trying to pull one over on me. The staff also seems like they’re always whispering things to each other, almost like they’ve got some secret operation going on.
I don’t know, man. This place feels shady. Other Popeye’s aren’t like this. Maybe this one’s a front. Who knows? I haven’t been to this one in a long time, and I don’t plan on ever coming back.

Drive thru order 10/25/25 in Plainfield NJ .There was
an item missing and when you call the phone number the call disconnects!
Contacted online support and they wanted to offer a $5 digital coupon to an account I don’t have AND the missing item was more than $5
Disputing the charges with my bank!
Will not go there again!!
