I was disappointed with the service at this Popeyes location. I ordered a 6-piece boneless wings combo and asked a staff member for a cup of water. Instead of explaining any policy or reason, the staff member simply told me to buy a cup, which made me feel uncomfortable.
I escalated the issue to the manager. The manager eventually resolved it by providing a soup cup for water, which I appreciated. However, I was still dissatisfied with the overall service. When I tried to explain why the interaction made me uncomfortable—mainly that the staff did not patiently listen to a customer’s request—the manager repeatedly insisted on explaining their policy about not giving cups to non-customers, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I was a paying customer.
Unfortunately, the manager did not allow me to finish explaining my concern and ended the conversation. While the issue itself was resolved, the lack of attentive listening and respectful communication left a negative impression.

A standard Popeyes in the mall. Asked for no pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich… and they put in pickles. Really? After confirming on my receipt, too.The boneless wings are the size of nuggets… 100% not worth the cost for more than $1 a boneless wing. And they forgot to give me sauce, I had to go back and ask for it. Definitely have had better service experiences.

Amusement Parks, Ice Skating , Ninja Kids, Bubble Experience and tons of food places! My son wanted Popeyes so we ordered online for pickup! We got there a bit early and was greeted warmly by the manager Fawd and the cashier! They were both very sweet and had smiles on their faces! They communicated they had gotten a order and they were preparing the order fresh and it will be out shortly, we got our drink cups ( the machines were wiped down and neat) and grabbed a table and they called out our order shortly after.Everything was fresh to the tea and no complaints were to be made. We needed some extra sauces and they were more than nice to give us some due to the big order we had. We later on needed a bag for our order and went back up to the counter and thanked the team very much for their customer service, hospitality and food!

Use the app because you get better offers. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and they forgot the side. Luckily I was seated nearby and went back without any hastle. They were crazy busy and I understand mistakes happen and they made it right. The chicken in the sandwich was small and not filling like normally. Ordering off the app Will save you money.

A combo meal has a picture of a sandwich fries and a soda but it actually only comes with water. You have to pay extra for soda and extra for other sides. Just one meal was over $15.
It’s also confusing why you have to use self checkout but then can’t check out. You have to find an employee to pay. And it’s not clear where the register is to pay. No signage. Just in the middle hidden behind things.
