I just made an order. It clearly said thigh and legs. I received all breasts. To top is off I keep calling and it automatically hangs up. I don’t understand how a meal that was clear could be messed up so royally. No pride in their work. I have given multiple chances but every single order has had an issue. This meat is going to the garbage with the money I spent. Thanks for nothing.

At approximately 8:30 PM, I placed an order through the Popeyes app. Within about 10 minutes of arriving at the store, an employee informed me that there was no spicy chicken available and asked if I would like mild instead. I declined, and was then told it would take an additional 20 minutes for spicy to be prepared.
On top of that, I spent nearly $15 on sides. However, when I opened my regular mac and cheese, the container was barely half full; roughly the size of my palm, maybe 30 grams of food. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price.
I strongly recommend that management address these issues immediately. The lack of product availability, inaccurate portioning, and poor customer service reflect badly on the store. Improvements or changes in management practices are needed to ensure a better customer experience.

This location served the food hot, not like the one in Paramus. It was a wait but it was worth getting fresh food not just food lying around for hours. They forgot my biscuit too. Customer service was pleasant.

A few issues to unpack here. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and THIS is what I got. A burnt old gross sandwich that I’d feed a dog. When I brought it back up the staff got defensive and the young girl told me “you can leave” after I asked if she would eat that.
2nd issue, when I arrived I asked about a prior transaction where where my total was $65 Yet after taxes and fees I was charged $97!!!! Almost $100 for a $65 order! The “manager” Vanessa said “I don’t know, the prices are all different there’s nothing I can do” then told me to just call and walked away…. This “manager” also didn’t know how to redeem points from the app in store and that was another headache. I expect more competency, customer service, and accountability! Especially considering I was grossly overcharged! Poor attitudes and poor quality of food & service. I won’t be coming here anymore.

It was very busy and a long wait even with an order for pickup, but I wanted to say that the gentleman who was working the register and serving customers on 11/22 at 2pm was doing an AMAZING job. Customers were being impatient with him due to the long wait, but he never lost his professionalism and assisted as best as he could with what he had to work with.

I attempted to order spicy chicken, and the staff told me they did not have any. When I asked whether they had run out, I was told no — but they still refused to serve it to me. This was confusing and unacceptable, especially at that time of the evening.
When I asked for clarification, the manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. She walked away while I was speaking to her, which was disrespectful and disappointing. I have seen similar reviews about this location, but experiencing this behavior firsthand was surprising and upsetting.
This experience has made me reconsider returning to Popeyes, and I hope this issue is addressed. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and honestly when ordering food.

I usually have a good experience. I ordered 6 pc garlic Parmesan wings. When I got home I noticed some had feathers.Unfortunately , I don’t have the ability to drive back and opted to call and see if I can get a new order.

Everytime I order a simple order like 3pc tenders through drive thru they never have it ready. Even if I order way ahead in on the app. Always make me park upfront and wait almost 10 minutes each time. What’s the point of ordering ahead???

Love that this location takes Covid seriously. They have contact-free hand sanitizer dispenser by the door, shields by the registers and no contact pass over of the food from staff to customer buy use of a basket. As of this writing, its takeout and delivery only. They are also only accept exact change or credit cards as payment. You can order via they app and you should because they have a number of offers but I hate that online orders are never ready. Today’s order didn’t even start until I got there. They seemingly didn’t even know I placed a pickup order until I arrived and asked for it. The Spicy chicken sandwich is still very delicious. The fries are always over seasoned and very salty, so skip that. Overall, I like Poyeyes but I wish they were run more efficiently or at least have orders ready on time.
