Service at this location has really gone downhill. I placed an order through the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up as instructed. When I reached the window, the employee had an attitude and told me I needed to come inside to get my food, even though there were no cars in the drive-thru.
After going inside, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and another 10 minutes before I received my order — despite the app saying that it was already ready for pickup. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

I placed on online order and went to pick it up, the person who answered me when I drive up was very aggressive, she ask for my order name before I could even say anything she said rudely can u speak up, I sighed and told her the order name, she told me to pull into one of the parking spot and wait, ok I did just that, I wanted for 15minutes no one came out, so I went in and ask if my order was ready? A young lady aak me what is the name on the order, again I told her, she said she didn’t know about anyone waiting for any order, with a grin on her face, the so called supervisor came from where the chicken is been fried , because at this point I was getting all serious, she came and started to tell thos girl go find a something to do because these people think that they are the only one who wants to enjoy Thanksgiving, she rudely throw the chicken in the box and put my order on the counter expecting me to say thank u, wow! I took it up and stated on my way when she said thank u, I shake my head and let them know I will be writing about them , the ladies said oh you’re the one who came in with an attitude. Great customer service, I applaud them.

I have never been to a Popeyes this disgusting. All the tables, floors, windows were dirty. There were dead flies and dirt sitting in areas and the floor was slippery. When I got home and tried the chicken, I have never had a piece of Popeyes that didn’t have any flavor smh

I had written a really great review but somehow it’s not being posted. Simply stated the masculine woman at the window refused to give me my change because she said there was no change in the draw. I said to her you got to get your manager and the manager came out. The manager gave me my change and shoved it in the plexiglass window and pushed it out aggressively. The manager and the front cashier of stealing. So I guess I’ll figure it out. They wanted to keep my change. Dollars make cents and cents make dollars!

First off, coming in, there was one customer inside, waiting for food and nobody else. It should have been no reason I was waiting 5-7 minutes to get my order taken. There was 3 workers just standing in the front instead of taking my order. Not only that, when they took my order the lady acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Nobody had a hair net on, and i was just all the way aggravated. I ordered two different chicken sandwiches, when i ordered the first one, instead of letting me finish, she called the order out for the back to complete it. I ordered the rest and when she went to confirm that they heard my order the girl in the back said , “are you serious? She just asked for that?” Mad that I PAID FOR FOOD AT HER JOB. Then she said well shes gonna have to wait. Just over all im annoyed .

The crew who work at this location are amazing and the food is always bomb. Keep in mind that they do get very busy so don’t expect to be served in 2 minutes but food is always fresh,crispy and hot! I’ve been eating here 3 times a week due to this amazing night crew and the 12.99 2 can dine chicken meal. The only thing I regret is I haven’t been scanning my receipts to earn rewards!
