Safety first. 3 chairs missing bolts. Just about busted my butt trying to seat. Paint peeling off wall and mold stains. Building not even a yr old. Ordered nuggets at 12.39 didn’t have any so swapped to sandwich at 9.99. Guess what no refund of the difference. Avoid this place.

Clean and new interior and out. Children’s menu is not visible and the price for the meals are over priced for the amount of food. Four piece nugget were not even bite sized, kids apple juice box and activity. Wanted small Mac and cheese instead of yogurt which added $2.30 to a $7.39 (for chicken bites and juice).

This location seems to never have any sweet tea. Don’t know if it’s a matter of employees lying because they don’t wanna be bothered to work or if the management is incompetent and can’t properly order for their store. Ordered and was given a sad excuse for a meal. The mashed potatoes had little to no gravy, the beans and rice were dry. Don’t waste your time with this location

The service and food were terrible. I placed my order at 12:15pm and show up just for them to tell me that they don’t open for another 30 minutes but they would have my order ready for me when they were open. I said ok and came back 30 minutes later. They say that is a 5 to 10 minute wait. I say ok and drive around to the front doors and end up waiting 25 minutes. Note at this time is 1:10pm. I go inside and ask what is taking so long and how much longer. They say they are waiting on the wings and that its 5 to 10 more minutes. I just ask for everything else in my order except the wings and go. I get home and all of the food is cold from sitting out for so long. From the moment i placed the order and went to this store to when i finally left, it was a whole hour wait all because they can’t open on time (google said they opened at 10am), hire enough people, or train those people to work faster/harder. I can understand a 15 minute wait if you are running behind but a whole hour? This location has lost 2 customers. Never again will my bf and I come back.

Place is disgusting and the employees don’t answer the drive thru. I got there around the time they opened and the soda area was atrocious. Which means they do not clean at night or in the morning. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes so I didn’t have to bring my newborn in and no answer. I ended up going inside and the guy said oh I forgot my headset. Useless and disgusting not worth it.

Went in, stood at counter and no one came to wait on me. Two employees came to the counter for other tasks but did not even greet me or acknowledge my being there. I left. As I walked by I noticed how trashy the lawn in front of the store looked, full of litter and unkempt. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Won’t be back.

Went to drive thru Sunday about 7pm. After waiting for a while at the speaker with no one else in line we started saying “hello?” Finally she comes, we ordered 4 original chicken sandwiches. She says “we don’t have no sandwiches” no explanation like oh I’m sorry we ran out of that chicken or buns or whatever, no offer of we still have tenders or something else, just basically yelled at. So we went next door to KFC and had 4 fantastic sandwiches.

Horrible as a customer and a delivery person. They can’t handle more then one customer in the store at a time. If they have multiple customers they get confused and dont acknowledge anyone. They only see what’s in front of them and usually out of items. You just see people hanging out in back doing nothing. They lost me as a customer and a delivery person moving forward. They cause too much aggravation and cost me money. Also when you report something even though it is corrected when you go back into the restaurant and the person you reported gets attitude even though they are the one who screwed up.
