Made a mobile order and had to wait 20 plus minutes. All while 4-5 cars placed their orders and got their food before me. Had to pull around and ask if they forgot about me. Avoid making online orders and just pull up and ask what they have ready because chicken definitely wasn’t one.

The employees here do not know how to read apparently. I ordered signature hot boneless chicken and two extra sides of signature hot wing sauce. they gave me plain chicken and signature sauce. No hot sauce at all. I threw it away and got a refund from door dash. Will never order from them again. Save your money and go some place where they can actually make the food correctly.

I got food poisoning from this location on 2/20. I ordered the 3pc strips with rice and beans, biscuit and a strawberry iced tea. A few hours later, violently ill! I had not eaten anything else that day. Do not recommend! 🙁

The food was terrible, and the long wait completely ruined my mood. The fried chicken was greasy and not crispy at all—it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. It took nearly half an hour to get my order, and no one offered any explanation for the delay. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I order a 14 piece chicken tenders! When they were delivered they were under cooked! I called the phone number on the receipt and it was not working?? I called the number on the website and got some extension voicemail??? So I notified customer support and they refused to do anything! So now I have to reverse the charges on my credit card!!! Horrible customer service experience!!! Serving pink chicken is not a good image!!!

To each his own; I prefer Popeye’s chicken over Caine’s and Kentucky Fried. My wife and I order the “two can dine” six tenders plus two sides and biscuits every week from the app. Four stars on service only because they can go on overload at times between counter, on-line orders, and drive-thru. But their chicken is worth the wait.

Literally the 2nd car in the drive. Only ordered 1 chicken sandwich and they made mine and the vehicle before me automatically pull out of line. Said it’d be out in 2 mins it’s going on 15 mins already still no food. For either car. I know they have a timer I used to have to deal with it too but we’d never pull this crap. Especially when it’s not busy like huh!??

The service is good and the food is good too however, the lack of manners by one of their employees made this frustrating. Sprawled out taking up two tables while space was limited, phone blaring some sporting event without any consideration for anyone around. I am not heartless and appreciate that the employee may have been on break, but having your feet up on the seats is just another level.

I took my brother here for a late night meal. He is visiting from upstate NY, and ordered on the app. He changed the location of his order to Enfield CT, and it automatically changed it back to Albany NY, which is almost two hours from where we are. They did not help us or care to help. It’s ridiculous. I worked in the food industry and know for a fact that half the food was going to be thrown away by the end of the night. They couldn’t at least offer a discount of some kind? I’m sorry, but that’s sad. Someone supports your business to be told they can’t get refunded or given the food in that moment after paying for it is just sad. So my brother didn’t get to eat. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.
