Chicken was raw, manager refused to refund order. I asked if they temp the chicken before serving her response was this happens sometimes. While trying to get our money refunded another customer also came in with raw chicken. No disregard for the health and safety of those they’re serving food to.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. We stopped in for a late dinner and were the only people in the drive-thru or the restaurant. For some reason the girl taking our order messed it up like 10 times while I was giving her the order. I kept having to repeat myself and then she would repeat it back, but incorrectly. I don’t know why it was so complicated to get a strawberry Fanta but this woman kept saying Coke. It’s even on my receipt as a Coke. I also had to repeat coleslaw for one of the sides multiple times. Then we were told to pull forward and, when we got to the first window, we sat there for 2-3 minutes with no one there. So I thought maybe I needed to pull to the second window and, once I got to the second window, I saw her lean out the first window and yell at me to back up. I genuinely don’t know if this was a manager or owner or what but whoever it was had no idea what she was doing. I completely understand that mistakes can happen and things can be misheard, but this person wasn’t even kind, she was incredibly rude! Won’t be going back to this location.

Fries were cold. Ordered my kid a classic sandwich they gave me a spicy one. I ordered a frozen lemonade and got a strawberry lemonade. I said I would pay the difference to just have what I asked for, and the lady said “no, this is what comes with it”. She dident give me a receipt so I cant complain to the company. Stay away from this restaurant. Theres another one 2 miles away that’s way better.

Purchase 4 piece chicken 2 sides ( Mac & cheese and coleslaw). Talk about disappointing. Chicken bland and water flavor. Sides seemed to precaned pucks, seemed like playdough.

They won’t pick up the phone. Multiple times DoorDash has tried to call and have a reorder cuz they gave me the wrong thing . I ordered the shrimp basket and they gave me Mac and cheese only . I’m allergic to Mac and cheese .

They need to pay attention to the front counter. Waiting along time to tell them I’m here and then they start making my order 15 minutes after I placed it online. Also communication/understanding. After getting my food I open it and notice I don’t have the requested sauce I asked for sauce and told the lady that im spending alot of time standing here and my food is going to get cold I’m kind of upset but she actually thought I met my food was already cold and before I could even notice she grabbed the food and threw it out and started making new food making me even later I was on my lunch break and when she brought it back pretty much dropped it off and turned away they did not put the sauce in the bag again !

Truly don’t know how a Popeyes can be so….just bad man. I love down the street so Since it’s opened, I’ve been a lot of times. Every single time without fail they mess up or forget the order entirely. I ordered a 3 piece tender 20 minutes ago and I’ve been waiting in here like it’s some big complicated order. It’s without a doubt the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to consistently. Worst fast food place I’ve been to consistently. I am a minority myself but I see it Does not help that the manager and employees all speak different languages. Atleast have someone who can communicate to their team?? Don’t make sense man.

So today, i went and spent roughly $40 on food there, most of it being chicken tenders, about 9 of them in total. When I got home and opened the box most of those tenders were hardly the size of my fingers. I even took a picture of them to show they were almost the same length as the dipping sauce cup. In other instances of eating at this spot, it didn’t seem like the tenders were cooked all the way through either. At the very least, the fries were fresh. But the size of the tenders was extremely disappointing

WORSE POPEYES I EVER WENT TO !!! I drove 25 minutes I went to the drive thru and ordered 9 pc family meal I asked for spicy chicken he told me it will take a few minutes if I don’t mind waiting I said sure I ordered a Freddy box and 6 pc honey bbq wings I drove 25 minutes back to my hotel at 12 am. They didn’t give me the wings or Freddy box and THE CHICKEN WAS NOT SPICY !! I called 10x and drove back they said wings and everything I ordered sold out. I got some fries and a lemonade. DONT EVER GO HERE.

First of all , there were only 2 people working . The one on the counter was dealing with some customer that she rang up wrong, and we waited behind them for 7 minutes. When she was ready for me i let her know my mobile order number she went to the back and came back 6 minutes later and asked me again (she forgot about me) and i told her , remember i had online order and she said oh and went and got it.the food was hot but old the mac and cheese was smushy , the tenders were hard and really small , mash and gravy did not taste good, fries where warm and stale. I never leave negative reviews, but this place is trash. Spent 55 dollars and was not satisfied at all. I usually go to the hartford location, and it’s 10 times better. Place feels abandoned despite being a new location
