My name is Pork Shoulder and I cannot believe how all Popeyes locations use AI to respond to customer complaints. Or maybe compliments. Why doesn’t Maine have any professional sports teams? I blame Popeyes. The chicken could be used for basketball. The slaw for baseball. Speedy times would be appreciated but maybe not if it is hot out that day. Perhaps I will attempt again but I don’t think it is going to snow today!

This place ia a joke. Whoever is the manager or owner needs to have a conversation with. It says you close at 11pm but I get there and its closed at 7pm on a Monday. Why advertise you close at a certain time ans the worker is wiping down the station at 6:50. Please explain that to me. I will never visit that place again. I will be calling corporate.

If you live in the Gardiner/Litchfield area and got coupons in the mail don’t bother going they don’t take coupons. Live less than 3miles away from this location and I got them in the mail super excited to go and they refused them. Don’t bother going. Would have cost me over $40 to get the same thing I would have gotten for $14 with the coupon.

Food was good but seemed understaffed. Take 1 order then go make the food. Food was good but I was in a hurry. Took 20 min. If i wasn’t in a hurry itd have totally been worth it. Love that chicken from Popeyes

The food here was good,, ordered two chicken sandwiches and a drink,, waited an Hour for our order while at least six couples that ordered behind us, received their meals ahead of us, normally I wouldn’t post a negative review , but with rain on our tail,,& travelling on a motorcycle, we had no intentions of spending over an hour and a half here! Will Not be stopping here again

James was my server and there was only one person in back cooking. I thought it was a strange set up since it’s a holiday weekend and 1 pm food rush but they kicked the food out, hot and fresh. The chicken was fantastic and did not reflect some other reviews that claim over-breadding and over cooked. It was very thick and juicy, even breading and the sides were also fresh. Really enjoyed the red beans and rice and as always the blackened ranch was the perfect condiment. I’m giving 5 stars because James and the cook rocked it but if I were rating based on prices and amount of staff present this review would be drastically different. Management better be thankful for those two because they kept their cool even though lines were piling and they clearly didn’t have proper support.

Overpriced is an understatement. $9 for just a 2 piece chicken meal, almost double the cost of any other Popeyes. I would recommend anyone drive just a few minutes north to the nearest KFC for reasonable prices and better quality service and product. I would much prefer Popeyes any day, but the prices and service at this location make it a total waste of money. All the fast food and products sold at this service station are a complete rip off. Included pictures of the menu board with prices, which are inconveniently not available on the website, or any disclaimer to explain the dramatic difference in price.

Listen I get it I know they are short staffed bit when you wait 45 min with the line on the receiving end, when they say all they can cook is bone in wings, and they forget to throw down the bone in wings to cook there is a serious issue. Businesses take notice this place is a textbook for business failure.

4:30pm on a Wednesday and they’re not even open. Had to settle for Burger King next door, I paid $42 for only 2 combos and by the looks of the menu, this Popeye’s location seems overpriced too.
