We had a wonderful experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Concord, NH today.
We were trying to reconcile multiple gift cards while ordering dinner for our family, and the customer service was truly outstanding. The general manager, Christopher, and Cole were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful — he never rushed us and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly. That level of care really stood out and made what could’ve been a stressful moment feel easy and positive.
The food was hot and delicious. We especially love the mac and cheese, and today was our first time trying the apple pies (so good!). As always, the mashed potatoes and gravy were spot on.
Highly recommend this location — great food and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

My last three trips to this location. Have left me questioning the Popeyes franchise. I order a 12-piece family meal every time. I never get any drumsticks and I don’t get breasts. They filled my box with wings and thighs. The chicken is pathetic and dry. The fries are soggy it’s a good thing I pay for a side of gravy when they allow me to. Because the last time my wife was told she was not allowed to purchase a side of gravy. I am a huge Popeyes fan. But this location is absolutely the worst. I wouldn’t go back to this location if it was 50% off. You are better off eating at KFC or getting a box of McDonald’s chicken nuggets because it is a higher quality chicken then what I have received at this location.

1st time at popeyes. We ordered food online and when we got it we were missing some parts of our order and the boneless wings we ordered had bones in them.
2 months later we came for the 2nd time and everything was there when we got our order, told us that there would be a wait in advance and asked us to park. Food was amazing and service was the best I have ever seen it. Well deserved 5 star.

I had a great experience at the Popeyes in Concord, NH. Cole took care of me, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I wasn’t sure what to order, but he guided me to a really great meal and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean, which made the visit even better. The biscuit was absolutely out of this world, and the chicken tenders were some of the best I’ve had. I would definitely come back for the friendly staff and consistently great food.

This is the fastest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The food is always ready within a couple minutes, but is still hot and they always get the order correct. There’s always straws dipping sauce. Everything that was ordered.
– Also if you get several drinks that are the same color they make sure to label which drink is which whoever’s managing this location is doing an amazing job.

Came in at 830pm at night. Make the trip up here as it is always clean and staff is ultra friendly. While in the dining room, one of the staff named Katherine was doing a thorough cleaning of the dining room. Did not miss a spot and was pleasant and took a compliment of her work ethic. Was very positive and her work ethic and attention to detail was spot on. Places need more employees like her!

Have to say the chicken was very moist, Coleslaw is delicious, Macaroni cheese ok , but not highly recommended.. Seasoned fries were good, but for the amount of seasoning you could see on them. I thought they would have more flavor.. People working were very polite.

Walked in and Ordered online because I had a deal. I was inside the entire time. 30 minutes go by of me waiting, no one asked what I was waiting for. I assumed my food was just being done fresh. After 10 people get their food before me, I assume something’s wrong. Guy who saw me waiting confronts the person at the counter saying I’ve been waiting. I point out my order number… APPARENTLY my order had been done for almost 30 minutes, just hidden behind the counter. They did NOT shout out the number or give any indication it was done. They refused to remake it. And now I’m stuck with cold food. I worked in fast food and I get it, but that’s not acceptable.

The strawberry lemonade frozen drink is delicious. The mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits are delicious as well. There was nothing wrong with my order, however, while I was waiting for my order, a customer came in and had a problem with their order, and the manager handled it appropriately and respectfully, and I was impressed.
