My husband went to pick food up for my son which was 5 piece tender combo and classic chrispy chicken sandwich combo. He grabbed me a fry and a biscuit. They forgot the biscuit was forgotten so he went in but with all the camotion he didn’t check the fries and that picture is exactly how the fries came. Now I’m sure them fries were a few pennies short of $4.00. In this economy u should not be jipping anybody fries. It’s just ridiculous. Now I think Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is scratched off the grab something quick so we are not hangry after this french fry fiasco. Keep them. You lost a family of 3 customers .

Went here for a DoorDash at 1:10am on a Saturday, girl in drivethru said they were closed. I cancelled my doordashes which were for good money and then went to look at door to submit time proof for door dash. The door stated they were open til 2am. I went back to the drive thru and I asked the girl why she was saying they were closed when they are not, she then proceeded to make up excuses and say I didn’t tell her a name, then it was oh she doesn’t have chicken… no chicken at Popeyes? I’m sure the owner of this location will be happy to know there store is closing an hour earlier then it’s supposed to and they are missing out on good business as the late night rush is profitable.

We ordered via uber eats but the items are missing again. This is the fourth time the items in the order are missing. When we called them twice to bring the issue to them, nobody answered the call. This happened so many times now and I am not ordering again from here. I request the store or the owner to do something about this order since I have shared the receipt as well.

I ordered a chicken sandwhich and I received a single tender, cold fries and a warm drink. The parking lot is a disaster. You get blocked in from everyone in the drive through line after waiting an hour for your food.

I love the food here! I drive about half an hour to get Popeyes here (closest one around) because of how good their food is. However the staff are sooooo unorganized and always forget something. I think there’s been only one time they got my order correct, and I order ahead on the app. Was also told I can’t go through the drive thru for take out order one time, but the manager (from what it seemed) told me when I came inside that I could. Overall the food makes it worth it, just make sure to check your food!

got a chicken sandwich with tenders instead of the actual chicken breast? the tenders have a terrible taste and texture to them, which is why i get the chicken sandwiches. drink was supposed to be a pepsi but got cherry pepsi instead and cherry is maybe one of my least favorite things. macaroni was very dry and seemed old. overall bad experience and im very disappointed 🙁

Every time we give this New Bedford Ma Popeyes another chance, we regret it. The line is always long, the wait is ridiculous, and when you finally get your food—it’s cold. We decided to try again tonight (10/24/25 around 9:05–9:10 PM), after 7 to 8 month, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad, if not worse.
At the drive-thru, I asked for 2 orders. On of them two pieces of chicken breast, something I’ve ordered many times before (and I’m even willing to pay extra). The cashier told me they “can’t do that” and that I had to take a mix of white and dark meat. She was rude and unprofessional about it.
When I got to the next window, I asked for my receipt—she said it was in the bag. I started checking my order to make sure everything was correct, which I always do. I’ve done this at McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King—you name it—and not once has anyone asked me to move. But here, the employee told me to move because there were customers behind me. When I explained I was just checking my order, she rolled her eyes and shut the window right in my face.
On top of that, the food was ice cold. The rice and beans were dry, and the chicken wasn’t spicy. Before leaving the house, I checked online and it said the restaurant closes at 2 AM, so I don’t understand how at 9 PM they were already out of spicy chicken. The employee just said they didn’t have any and I had to take mild instead. Everything ended up going into the microwave once I got home.
The food is too expensive for the service and quality to be this poor every single time. Something seriously needs to change at this location.

The food wasn’t cooked properly — the chicken was raw, maybe 60% done at best.
The service was terrible too. Both times, they missed items from my order.
Even though I used the drive-thru, they made me come inside to pick it up, and the staff were rude about it. They also refused to give sauces, even when you offer to pay.
They’re clearly under-staffed and completely unprofessional.

I live right near here and really want to like it because it would be super convenient for me.. But I’ve tried them 3 times and every time was a complete and utter disappointment. The first 2 times, they literally ran out of chicken!??! And couldnt fill my order. It took way too much time and effort to get a refund than it should have.
Then I went again last night to try and give them one more chance. I was missing my sauces that came with the meals and 1/3 boxes of chicken just wasnt in the bag. I went through the app and was offered a $2.65 for a missing 6pc boneless wing that has a 6.99 price! I will never again even bother to try this location.

I usually come here pretty often and i’ve never had an issue. Today i came and order two 3 piece tender combos with fries amd spemt $24 for both combos but it was not worth it. I got home and opened both boxes and it looked like they barely put any food. My sister and I got scraps. Disappointed today.
