There’s BFC. There’s YAS Chicken. There’s Chick-fil-A. Brockton has plenty of solid chicken options. Uber Eats refused to issue a refund, saying that Popeyes determines the portion sizes. So according to Uber Eats, if you order from Popeyes in Brockton, this portion is considered acceptable for your money.

Look the place is a little slow at times but shoutout dude that was working today 01/26/2026 pretty sure he’s by himself and handling all orders. Rude DoorDash drivers are tapping the drive thru window to get their orders first while this guys is taking orders, making the food, pouring the drinks and taking the payments. Literally saw this dude with flour on his arms from making it all, I can tell he’s a little peeved off but rightfully so I’m sure management didn’t mean to leave him by himself but it happened and he’s holding down the fort

Ordered some chicken and fries today which tasted horrible! The fries and chicken tasted very dry and seemed like they have been sitting out for awhile. I called and a lady named Fatima answered and told me I can bring back the food for a replacement. When I arrived at the store, I asked an employee at the cashier if I could just have some apple pies instead than getting the chicken and fries replacement. i thought if I get apple pies instead as a replacement maybe it will taste better than the chicken and fries. After all, hard to mess up apple pies right?
The lady named Fatima came out of her office and asked me to explain to her again why I wanted a replacement after I just talked to her and explained to her the issue. I gave her the bag that had the fries and the chicken. She proceeded to open the bag with the tip of her fingers as if the bag had coodies on it. She gave me 3 apple pies as a replacement. Before I left, I told her there was no need to open the bag with the tip of her fingers because the bag is clean and I am a very clean person. She spoke VERY poor english with a thick accent so maybe she didn’t understand what I was trying to say. She acted like I was calling her and the other workers there dirty. I never mentioned the word dirty at all!! I just didn’t like to way she was handling the bag of food I gave her as if the bad had some sort of virus on it.
All in all, the food was disgusting including the apple pies which were soggy and not crispy at all. Fatima, who I believe is the supervisor was nasty and very hard to understand to boot.
I don’t eat poppeys often, but once in a while I have a taste for it. The food at the other locations I bought from before tasted way better than this location.
Horrible, disgusting food and nasty manager/supervisor who spoke very incomprehensible english making the food buying experience infinitely worse!

Did not receive what I ordered. They could have said they were out of wings instead of putting more dry tenders I didn’t order. Dry and disgusting. I used to like Popeyes. But maybe it’s this location. Won’t go back.

Me and my mom had to wait an hour for the food when the estimated time was 12 minutes. Very little explanation for that despite the fact the place was stocked with fried chicken. We could only get 2 sauces, period, not even 2 of multiple types. When I realized Chilled Lemonade was the liquid lemonade and not the slushy lemonade, I said “I will accept it despite mixing up the two”. The leading personnel at the time said “we don’t mix them [the lemondaes] up” misinterpreting what I meant. They also had to be reminded I wanted mango flavoring in it.
In terms of the food, most of it seemed good, the french fries were soft by the time me and my mom came home, not the crispier stuff I usually experience. The main problem was the chicken sandwich. It had way too much sauce that slipped out of the sandwich (thank goodness I had a dish at the time) and may have been a factor in why it partly disassembled during the drive. The excess sauce also came onto the bun and made handling it hard. I went through 7 napkins the entire time I ate it to ensure my hands were dry and could grip it firmly. I was really tempted to use a fork to finish it. The breast it had was also small for the bun, which seemingly contributed to the problem. The sandwich was overall good to eat even with the excessive sauce (somehow it still had a good crisp) but was a nightmare to handle and it was a good thing I had other stuff to handle the excess sauce.
Me and my mom swear off this location and maybe popeyes as a whole for a while.

Always backed up. I always ask for spicy chicken but if you’re getting takeout, they’ll give you regular chicken. The staff seems overwhelmed but also indifferent. Customer service is lacking.

Terrible experience here. Cashier barely speaks English gave me wrong two pieces of chicken that he asked what I wanted three times. Manager very young look like she’s barely out of high school had to wait 20 minutes to speak to her because overcharged on friend from out of town to order. Then had to request her order be redone as the food was cold waiting to speak to the manager

The Popeyes app wasn’t working so I went into the store to purchase my food. I also had a coupon for a free 6 pcs wing. THE MANAGER( bald chubby guy with an accent) didn’t want to honor the coupon after telling me he “understands “ and tried to kick me out the line because “ he had customers”. He made it seem like I was a homeless guy in there begging for food like I wasn’t a paying customer. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I’ll never go back there. It’s a disgrace that it’s the only Popeyes in Brockton

This is KFC’s competition. I typed what I typed. The proof is in the eating. You should try it. They stand out because it is well seasoned, not salty, very crispy. The service is slower though, because priority is placed on the drive through no the less, good service.
