Would rate 0 if I could. First ever review. I know they just opened for couple month, but they are not ready! Staff is unresponsive and I waited for 30 min for just 3 pieces of chicken. They refuse to give me a water cup when waiting and insist I have to pay for just getting some water. First they said there is no water provided from the fountain machine, and after I pointed out there is, they said I have to pay for the cup regardless. They not even lied and disrespected me as if I’m trying to steal drinks from their store. More than 20 ppl are waiting in store because u can’t find anyone to help at the counter. Will never come again.

For starters, this place just opened and they had fake 5 star reviews month’s before they opened.
Was excited about the new location but was disappointed. The sandwich was thin and sad looking, had to ask for a new one waited 20 minutes then just asked for a refund because i felt like they were going to do something to the food. Definitely sticking to wingstop.

Well they just opened up and already two things. I ordered a 3 PC tender combo and a 3 LG 3 PC chicken combo and I didn’t notice until I got home that there are two 3 PC tender combos in the bag l. Also, I ordered a lc Mac and cheese but they gave me a small (I saw this in store so was able to correct that before I left, should’ve opened the boxes). Other than that I ordered both spicy and one of the combos was regular. I’m assuming they mixed up boxes. I am let down as I was waiting weeks for them to open to get the 3 PC chicken. The foods still good but not what I ordered and I’m not going back to change it. Food was also cold and I only live a 1 minute drive away. Not off to a great start, I’ll give them another try, I added the food but I already ate half of it so some tenders are missing. Receipt for proof of order

They finally opened! However I tried to order the cheesy bites, they didn’t have any, so I tried to order the apple cheesecake…. They didn’t have any. They took a long time to make my food and my order was not even complicated. Apparently the spicy chicken takes 25 minutes. They seem to prioritize the drive through… wish I could fit in it, the parking lot is extremely small, my dually truck could not fit in it. Was expecting more from this location. Oh, also I just got home and they forgot the fries, but instead gave me 12 biscuits???? They are seriously lacking…

It’s a reasonably new Popeyes as of writing this. The service was good, they get orders right, soda tastes fresh and all the tools they use are clean so it tastes great. However, my family may have gotten norovirus from this location. We got our meal enjoyed it, and like the day after everyone who ate it was sick. Maybe just unlucky but thought it was worth a mention, hoping it was just random but writing this just in case anyone else had issues.

I visited the Popeyes at Revere today and had the best experience thanks to Axel! He greeted me with a genuine smile, took my order quickly and accurately, and even recommended the perfect spicy chicken sandwich combo. When I mentioned it was my first time trying the new wings, he made sure everything was fresh and hot. Axel’s friendly attitude and attention to detail turned a quick lunch into a highlight of my day. Great job, Axel you make Popeyes stand out!

This was my first time visiting this Popeyes, and unfortunately, it will be my last.When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee taking orders sounded extremely unpleasant, as though I was inconveniencing her by simply placing an order. I ordered two Surf & Turf meals, and after I finished speaking, there was complete silence. I was not asked if I wanted a beverage, sauces, or if that completed my order. I was not told to pull forward. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever.I waited for about a minute, assuming she may have been assisting another customer. I then politely said, “Hello?” At that point, a different employee responded with, “Welcome to Popeyes, how can I help you?” I asked if my order for the two Surf & Turfs had been taken, and she simply replied, “Okay.” There was still no confirmation.
Since there is no order screen at the drive-thru, I attempted to confirm again to avoid any confusion. The employee audibly sighed in frustration. Immediately after, a male voice came on repeating, “Welcome to Popeyes, how can I help you?” By this time, the customer behind me was honking because of the delay and confusion.
I pulled up to the window and asked who had taken my order because the behavior I experienced was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested the names of the employees involved, including the male employee who appeared to be the manager. He did not identify himself as a manager nor did he provide his name. I asked multiple times (at least three to four times) for their names and was refused each time.
I ultimately decided I no longer wanted the food due to how I was treated. I have never been disrespectful to anyone handling my food, and there was absolutely no reason for the attitude and lack of professionalism I experienced.
It is no surprise this location has such poor reviews. It appears to be poorly managed and in need of leadership that ensures employees provide basic customer service standards. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for placing an order.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately
Esta fue mi primera y última vez en este lugar. La experiencia en el autoservicio (drive-thru) fue increíblemente poco profesional. La primera persona que me atendió sonaba amargada y se quedó en silencio total después de que pedí; sin confirmación, sin decirme el total, nada. Cuando intenté confirmar si todavía había alguien allí, otras dos personas diferentes hablaron por el micrófono, y ambas se notaban agitadas solo porque yo intentaba verificar mi pedido.
Cuando llegué a la ventanilla para señalar la falta de respeto y pedir los nombres de los empleados, el personal (incluyendo a alguien que parecía ser el gerente) se negó a identificarse. No me sorprende que este lugar tenga calificaciones tan bajas. Es evidente que no tienen interés en ofrecer un servicio al cliente básico. Ahorren su tiempo y dinero: vayan a cualquier otro lugar.

Worst Popeyes experience ever and I’ve been a loyal customer of this Franchise for some time. I usually frequent the one in Everett. However I heard this one had opened and as a revere resident figured I’d give it a try. From entry it just felt all wrong. There was no one at front and there is this solid wall so it’s not like the staff can see patrons entering. Yet the worst part was the poor customer service.. I mean bottom of the barrel, drivers would come in to pick up orders and not be acknowledged, none of the staff shared that regular chicken would take 20 mins because they were out.. oh and I’ve included what they are alleging is the famous baked Mac & Cheese.. looking like scrambled eggs/ cheddar soup.. overall my experience was a hot unstructured, poor service mess.. I will stick with the Everett location and recommend you do to.. Hopefully they receive this feedback and do better.

Worst popeyes out there. The guy at the microphone took forever to put the order into the system then the wait at the window was easily 15 minutes for them to hand me my food but no drinks. I waited another 3 minutes for our drinks. While waiting for our drinks another women comes to the window and asks if we are paying for 3 tenders. They seem to have zero idea of whats going on. Get home zero sauces and we paid for extras.
