HORRIBLE
I went in during the last few minutes before it closed and had a coupon for two sandwiches two sides and 2 drinks and they gave me everything but my two sides and when I went back they refused to give it to me bc they were closed didn’t bother even coming to the door to talk just completely ignored. I paid 14 plus tax for what I wanted and they did not give me everything I expect them to give me the rest of the food that was missing. Horrible service. Never going here again

EVERY single time I have ordered from this location it sucks. How are the servers looking at an order and forgetting things? Is it so hard to put napkins and utensils in a bag? Is it so hard to double check that you added the ranch that comes with the wings into the bag? Is it so hard to double check that you have added the cheesecake, the apple pie or the chicken sandwich?!!!! The service is horrible and I will never be ordering from this location again.

I placed a pickup order 30 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. On top of that, I was told I would need to wait another 15 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. There was no apology or sense of urgency from the staff. Very frustrating experience and poor service. I won’t be returning to this location.

Good evening…last week I went to the Everett Popeyes and ordered $35 worth of food. When I got home, my husband was getting thr crispy fried chicken breast..when he bit in deeper the chicken was raw!! I put it in the air fryer on 380 degrees for 10 minutes. Even after that the meat was still raw. I emailed the only Popeye customer contact email and they got back to me stating Popeyes are individually owned so they reached out to the owner and to date I have not heard anything. I don’t usually post but serving raw chicken..shame on you!! Chicken is not cheap so unfortunately not getting a message back from the store is beyond unprofessional. We could have seriously gotten deathly sick eating raw chicken. To the owner of Popeye in Everett..make sure you check the products that you serve your customers and also make sure you follow up and communicate with people who did not have a safe experience at your store!! Extremely disappointed

Ordered BONE-IN. They sent me BONELESS. Ordered a Large Mac and cheese and they forgot it! The dasher was given a dasher tip beforehand, THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS CHECK THE RECEIPT! The food was delivered in a thin plastic bag, so you can CLEARLY see that there’s a LARGE MAC AND CHEESE MISSING. She said “i just pick up and deliver the food.” I asked for a full refund even for the dashers tip and i got it all back! Whether you Order inside or at home THEY ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR ORDER. The most INCOMPETENT staff on the planet is at this Popeyes location.

I recently gave a once star review. I made the mistake on the location. This one is great. I was talking about the one that just opened up in Revere. The one in Revere was a bad experience. Complaint About Unsafe Food and Manager’s Refusal to Replace It
I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue I experienced at your Popeyes location. I was served chicken that was bloody and clearly undercooked. For health and safety reasons, I did not eat it and returned the entire order exactly as it was.
Despite this, the manager refused to replace the chicken or offer any solution. This response is unacceptable, especially when the food was unsafe and completely untouched.
I am asking for this matter to be addressed immediately, and for appropriate action to be taken regarding the manager’s behavior. I also request a refund or a proper replacement for the unsafe food I was given.

Just went into the new Popeyes in revere and highly disappointed, I know they just opened so got some things to work out so I hope it gets better
Chicken bacon and cheese sandwich was not spicy like asked, cheese not melted. The cheese bites were just warm oily mozzarella. Smh
