The nicest staff, cleanest place ever and the food is reasonably priced and delicious!!! The chicken is all natural!! I researched!! No hormones!!! Also very friendly and open late night!! I love this place !! Thank you to the staff, they work hard to get people their food on time and efficiently!! My food is always hot and on time!!!

This PopEyes was Great. Very Very Clean inside. Service was very friendly. Great prices. I got the 2 chicken wraps for 5 bucks. It was totally worth it. I highly recommend. This PopEyes is way way way better than the Lynn location which is a dump. My receipt says my server was Edgardo they did a fantastic job.

Place was dirty, trash in lobby. My food is incorrect. Ordered 18 signature hot boneless and got a container of trash and cold chicken bits. Not even a sauce on the side. Literally just so disappointed cause normally this isnt a problem. Spent 60 dollars for half the people not to get what they ordered. Trash employees ya got there.

This is definitely the last time I’m going there. As always, my orders don’t meet the standards of other Popeye restaurants. The portions are very small for a meal deal compared to other franchises. There’s a specific employee who always refuses my signature hot sauce, even though I often get it for the same meals at other franchises, even if I have to pay extra. The manager or owner of this franchise should provide coaching for their staff or simply reorganize the system.

Ordered from this Popeyes recently and had a pretty disappointing experience. One of the items I paid for (about $9) was completely missing from the order. On top of that, the food I did get wasn’t good the chicken was dry and the mac and cheese tasted old.
I reached out to customer support hoping for a refund for the missing item only, but all they could offer was a coupon for a future order. Since the food quality wasn’t great, that doesn’t really help.
I don’t leave reviews often, but between the missing item, the poor quality, and the lack of refund options, it just wasn’t a good experience.

Came here the three months after the grand opening at the Woburn location. Ordered 36 piece of their chicken tenders and 36 pc of their Signature chicken. I wish I took pictures as I was horrified to find that the pieces looked so tiny and the chicken was hard and dry. There were also fried chicken crumbs everywhere, outside of the box and inside. I came here despite reading the negative 1 star reviews because I really wanted to give our local Popeyes a chance. It was really exciting to know they were opening one so close by. After this poor experience, I reframed from writing any review as I hoped it was a fluke and maybe poor management that would change after adjusting.
The following year, I went back to try them again and it was just as awful.. I normally have to drive to the NH location because I find that their chicken is superior, fresh and in whole pieces.

Great staff. Very polite. The girl that helped me name is Michelle. She actually should be considered for management position. The only thing a little bad were the tables. Some were dirty. But overall. Liked the place.

Your typical Popeye’s, the food and service were good, but it seems that the Popeye’s in this area only expects to do mostly take-out because they have limited seating. They also don’t put out ketchup or napkins and I always have to fight the crowd when I go back up to the counter, then fight to catch the attention of the person to assist me.
