Food was okay and the service was fine. Though I ordered the ghost pepper sandwich, without the ghost pepper sauce it was more of a blandwhich, and when I inquired the worker gave me a new sandwhich but it was still kinda mid. The cajun fries were alright, though kinda gross. I was honestly really excited because there is a lot of hype about Popeyes being flavorful and crispy and the sandwiches being really great, and KFC is my go to so I was hoping for a life changing experience. Instead I spent my Valentines day dinner sitting in a booth picking at a soggy excuse for chicken in between two flat flaps of spongy bread. It was edible, it just wasn’t good. Other than that the atmosphere was fine, standard. Some of the tables had food on them, a bit gross. Better eat some more spinach, Popeyes.

If you go to this location anytime after 10 PM during the week, the service is bad. They never have what you order even though you order a head and they give you whatever. If you don’t check your bag, you’re gonna end up leaving with something you didn’t order. Today I ordered 1/4 shrimp meal. I got to the store and she offered me tenders. I absolutely hate the chicken tenders It tastes like rubber. I asked her to cancel the order. She told me I would have to do it myself. I wasn’t able to do it from the app because they were already working on the order. I told her I was willing to wait. I guess she wasn’t happy because by then it was 10:50 and they closed at 11. I was told the wait time would be about 10 minutes then she closed the window. Almost 20 minutes later she came back. I didn’t even notice her standing there just staring I grabbed my stuff. Went back to work finally checked my bag when I got upstairs. The biscuit is missing the fries were literally tossed in the bag with the box and they are old and the stale. The shrimp are in little tiny pieces like they have been chopped up. The fries went right in the trash and the shrimp. I had to eat with crackers because I don’t get off work till 7 AM.

I usually really enjoy the spicy chicken sandwiches from Popeyes. But not the last two times I’ve ordered them. My two chicken sandwiches were slathered with mayonnaise (I don’t care for mayonnaise) and nothing spicy about them. They should have an orange spicy sauce on them. Wicked disappointing and I bet it happens a lot more than just to me. Might have to get food from somewhere else that makes their food correctly…

Stop by around 1pm, prime lunch time. Chicken sandwich was room temp at best, tasted of old oil and no pickles. 3rd time in a row I’ve been disappointed. It’s too bad because they really used to have the best chicken sandwich in the game

So bad. I ask for fish sandwich, they give me a chicken one. Cashier says “here’s your chicken sandwich.” I say “I ordered fish sandwich, I don’t eat chicken.” He says “oh yes right” and gives me the sandwich. He lets me sit down and take a bite out of it and i immediately recognize it’s chicken so spit it out. When I get up, he already has the fish one in his hands. Why not corrrect the mistake before I eat it? Also both sandwiches had cold meat. I get really excited when lent comes around to try the fish sandwich and now I’m just disappointed. I’ll never be back. I included a pic from another review of the guy who let this happen.

This place hides all the forks and napkins. They don’t even put them in takeout orders you have to ask specifically. If you forget, you’ll have to come back just to get utensils and napkins. I honestly don’t understand how a restaurant can be this cheap. How much money are they really saving on forks and napkins?

I work close by so some nights that’s where I grab something to eat, but I noticed after 10 PM. The food is not fresh and when I order through the mobile app and show up at the store, what I order is not available then they try to offer me something else That I don’t eat. I asked the Young lady to cancel the order. She told me I have to do it myself, but they already accepted it. I told her I would wait for my food. She said it’s gonna be about 10 minutes or more and close the window. I wasn’t gonna say anything, but this is my third time going in there and dealing with the same individual and it’s always the same thing. What I order is never available and then they try to give me something else at this point take shrimp off the menu. I have to wait for 20 minutes to get my food and head back to work when I opened it up. realized the biscuit was missing and the fries are so stale. They probably had it in there since this morning. And the shrimp are little pieces as if they have been chopped up. The Point is I spent almost $15 and ended up eating crackers with my pieces of shrimp smh.

Chicken was super dry. Order was wrong. I order 2 strawberry cream cheese pie and got apple. Just once have my order been right. Either the chicken is dry or soggy. The pies either they forget to put them in the bag or mess up the flavor.

Never again. Went inside..no customers in there. Started my order..no mac and cheese. ?? Ok..order sodas… don’t tell you that there’s no coke, diet coke, or coke zero. Was overcharged and had to question and price dropped $25.00.Then waited 10 minutes for the food…asked to speak to a manager and he blatantly ignored me while stuffing food in bags. Got my order, got out of there and guess what? Order was wrong. I asked for tenders about 4 times and ended up with chicken wings, etc. No comparison to Chick Fil-A
