Went to Popeyes Aug 11,2023 let me mention it was my FIRST time trying it in the Delano location since they just opened it. I made an order very simple #1 combo w/ fries. When I got my order it was #1 with mac & cheese. Because they didn’t have fries , or maybe because they ran out of fries, or maybe because they had a huge stock in Mac in cheese. I don’t know they didn’t tell me why.. I guess they somewhat assumed I wanted Mac & cheese. I was very bothered because no one mentioned to me my options due to whatever reason.. I told her why are you giving Mac and cheese then she said I have mash potatoes. I paid for #1 combo period. I did not waste almost $13 for a burger and Mac and cheese. Overall dissatisfied. Wanted my money back if I Im being honest! Most likely will not return. And telling my friends and family to not even waste there time here. Thank you NEXT!

Cashier got my order wrong twice and the managers don’t care about their customers, or the establishment at all. They’ve been dead flys all over the tables the TWO times I went with my family. Very disappointed and definitely lost a customer.

They got my order wrong in the drive through and I was greeted rudely when I was finally helped after waiting 10+mins for someone to show up to the front desk! Save your money and time and eat somewhere else.

For being a new restaurant in Delano is has the worse customer service I ordered over $100 dollars worth of food and when i ask for extra honey,ranch and BBQ Sauce they wanted to charge me me extra for that. They need better trained Staff and new management. The bakersfield location on Rosedale is way much better.

Great chicken tenders. Bought both spicy and regular. We liked spicy the best. Also a great spicy chicken sandwich, just not crazy about the pickles. I love kosher dill, not sure what taste these were. Red Beans and rice taste great! Tried the mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy. Potatoes are Not instant!! Great taste, the gravy isn’t my favorite.
