Worst experience ever with a Popeye’s. To start the wait just to take my order was over 10 min with one person in front of me. Second they need to hire people with at least a highschool education a 4 piece chicken only to go order should be easy. I ended up just leaving. And to be honest from what I saw behind the counter its dirty and run poorly. I love Popeye’s Chicken but not so much any more……

In the food court area of The DeKalb Travel Plaza Oasis. Walk-up ordering with seating area shared between Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Sbarro’s, Sunway, and Panda Express.
Chicken is decent quality for fried, fast food. Prices seem to be higher, likely due to the location of being on the tollway. Staff is professional and friendly.

Super s-l-o-o-o-o-w service. Minimum twenty minutes all three times I’ve been to the drive-thru with only a couple of car in front of us. Today I watched 7 cars pull out of line and leave because of the long wait. Food is always good, and two out of three times the customer service was really good, the third time not so much.

Im not one to complain but this places is bad..Slow service, unfriendly employees. 3 consecutive times they have been out of chicken sandwiches. Food quality gets worse each time. I shouldn’t even bother to give them a try anymore…its a shame because most popeye’s have great food.

Almost $12 for 3 pc tenders with fries, biscuit & small drink. Waited over 10 minutes and still got cold stale chicken, not at all worth it. The fries were hot and the biscuit was subpar.

The counter person should not be in customer service. Paying more than the norm because it’s at a roadside oasis, and get treated worse than cattle. Chicken was not as good as what I’ve had in the past at Popeye’s

I dont think it’s possible to have service worse than this place. Every single time I’ve been there, whether it’s busy or slow, they take FOREVER!!!!!! Seriously, who is running this place?!
