Only because there is no 0 star option. Went there around 7pm at the oasis and ordered the shrimp meal. I think I got like 5 shrimps. The lady at the counter was all attitude. The machine was out of coke, so I asked the lady if they had coke. She was like, “well, i guess i have to go change it out!!” All attitude, well I guess you do, if you don’t like your job then quit.

Came at 8:15. I’m assuming they close at 9 as there is no hours posted and they wouldn’t make tenders as the “cook” didn’t feel like making them. I had to pick from the options of sides they had left. I understand that they have lives and they want to go home too, but you don’t clean up everything an hour early hoping you don’t get guests and then treat them like their business doesn’t matter. That’s horrible customer service.

I ordered 3 chicken tenders a cheesecake a side of rice and mashed potatoes no gravy it only took 13 minutes to recive my drink my chicken tenders and cheesecake and rice they told me sorry they lost my ticket wile i watched 3 orders after mine get chicken tenders and mached potatoes……. The women handed me the food said have a good day i said you owe me mashed potatoes no gravy no i dont have a good day next! Look at the recite you owe me mashed potatoes no gravy i payed for it well hold on let me double check…… Then went to give me a mashed potatoes no gravy that was made for me 13 min prior and set on the side ….. Nope give me my money back now….. Then i had to wait another 3 minutes before i could get my money back and was told have a good day i said im going to wright a google review right now about this whats your name the mgr refused to give her name and told me good bye good bye horrible mgr no wonder this location takes longer then 13 min to serve one persons order the lady that took my order was very friendly the other lady sorta pushed her to the side and was rude and bossy i hope people read this and go to any other food location at this oaisis have a wonderful 2018 people!
