The Korean noodle soup is quit gamey for me, I think it could be because of the egg, but everything else seems pretty cool! Need to go back for more food and their boba tea

Another trip, our fourth, Monday 9/15/25
This time I had a new dish, sisig.
Pork with fresh peppers, came with two spring rolls.
Good fresh flavors.
The peppers had a nice clean flavor.

Our third trip.
We really enjoy the food and service.
This time I tried the ta ta udon. Big bowl of noodles with just a little bit of spice.
Not too hot.
The wife had the combo fish.

The concept is interesting, many pan-asian tastes in two kitchens. The karaage was hot and crispy, the takoyaki were crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. The combo plate was a little small but very flavorful. If you want something Asian but not quite decided on which cuisine, I recommend this place.

Overall Rating: 3 of 5 (6/10)
(Our visit was first week of July to Clarify)
I’ve been coming to Peter’s / Pop-up for a while, and just hadn’t gotten around to reviewing them. The gyoza from this establishment is top tier (originally Gyoza came from Peter’s side but is ordered on Pop-up side now) still to this day has some of the best Gyoza and Dipping sauce in the county. I could devour several orders of them by myself. We had stopped in as we craved some Gyoza and I noticed they had a Hawaiian Garlic Chicken special and also Garlic Fried Rice. Both sounded good and we order those as well as the Gyoza. Food came out promptly and the staff were amazing as always. Gyoza was 10/10 per usual. However our other two dishes were a bit of a let down. I was surprised, the garlic fried rice didn’t have the umami I was expecting it to have honestly, it wasn’t awful but not the best Garlic fried rice I’ve eaten. I’d give it a solid 5/10. Now the chicken, when I read Hawaiian Garlic Chicken I’m expecting a ton of flavor, the chicken was basically bland, I could take fry oil, but that was about it. I was really disappointed honestly especially after spending about $55 on the whole meal. This review is not meant to be a blast. Just hoping they take the constructive criticism and maybe make some flavor adjustments. This was probably the first time of many I’ve come and hadn’t liked everything I ordered. I still recommend this place for other dishes (especially the GYOZA!!!)

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a variety of Asian cuisines, Pop Up Kitchen in Silverdale is the perfect spot. Pop Up Kitchen is a unique concept that features different stalls offering dishes from Japan, Korea, Hawaii, and more. You can order from any stall and mix and match your favorites, or try something new every time.

I visited Pop Up Kitchen recently and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. I ordered the katsu curry from the Japanese stall, the korean fried chicken from the Korean stall, and the boba tea from the drink stall. The katsu curry was crispy and tender, with a rich and spicy sauce. The korean fried chicken was juicy and crunchy, with a sweet and tangy glaze. The boba tea was refreshing and creamy, with chewy tapioca pearls. Everything was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous.

The service was also friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the food was ready in no time. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the decor was colorful and modern. I enjoyed the music and the vibe of the place, and I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Pop Up Kitchen is a great place to go with friends, family, or even by yourself. You can find something for everyone, and you can have a lot of fun exploring the different options. Pop Up Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Silverdale, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Asian food or wants to try something different. Pop Up Kitchen is a gem in Kitsap, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes1234

Tried the panko pork rice bowl, panko chicken with curry and straganoff with beef. My group played it safe..or so we thought. Having had Korean food in major cities there was an expectation which was not met. Taste was good but pricey for JUST protein and rice. Recommend vegetables and sauce come with your rice bowl dishes.
I will come again since soups and other dishes that went by our table looked great and there is so much to choose from….nice atmosphere and service.

So glad we gave this place a try. The Tonkatsu Ramen and the Katsu Curry were delicious. There is also a little boba place inside which was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place. This is actually several restuarants in one food hall type establishment. They have everything from curry and boba tea to Japanese italian fusion. I higly reccomend the miso carbonara, garlic butter karrage and calamari curry. The varios bao buns are excellent as well. Plenty of parking in the area. If needed you can even order online for pick up. Overall the customer service was just as amazing as the food.
