I’ve had Pop Pizza on my list to try since before COVID because I had heard good reviews from people. But Pop closed shop right away during the pandemic. I recently learned they were baking pies again. They still have the dining area blocked off so I ordered four pizzas to go. The pizza is quality but Ruse Crust Collective has spoiled me on Detroit style pies. This guy needs more flavor. If you like mild polite pizza you’ll like it.
