First thing, i asked how long it would be for shirmp, and i was told 30 minutes, so we got the chicken tender basket and a boudin sausage which only took 15 minutes. The chicken and fries were very very salty for us and had alot of greenery (like parsley) on it all, and the boudin was a little mushy. The biggest disappointment i had was the price. For 2 chicken tender baskets and a boudin sausage, it cost $48.98!!!!! The trailer has the tablet on the counter outside to pay and select if you want to leave a tip and then sign. I elected NOT to leave a tip, and signed my name. But when I got my receipt, I seen a $3 charge, I suppose for using credit card, then I seen a 10% gratuity! Apparently they manually entered a tip into the amount after I selected the “no tip” option. Obviously will not be going back. Be sure to ask for a receipt, that way you can see if you were cheated a little.

Holy moly this place is THE BOMB! The owners were an absolute pleasure to chat with. The mystery drink was very sweet but very refreshing. We also mixed pineapple and watermelon for a less sweet but still wonderfully delicious mix. There were two of us, we ordered a pound of crab and a pound of shrimp, potatoes, and corn. The gentleman let us know his daughter made the sauce her self and let me tell you SHE HAS THE SAUCE. I want this sauce on EVERYTHING! The food was wonderfully flavored by itself and it was hard to split bites between just the naturally cooked in flavor and the delicious sauce. We even talked about going back and getting another order… yum

The food had a great flavor with the perfect amount of spice! Getting the shell off the shrimp was a little difficult, but other than that no complaints. I will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu!!!

I read the reviews before placing an order and everything that everyone said is true. Food had plenty of flavor and the mystery drink was good. The sauce that his daughter makes was delicious as well. Tried a new item that the cook was testing out and I can’t wait until it’s added to the menu! I definitely recommend this place!
