In this small community of Bancroft, it is so nice to have a hometown pub where you can grab a drink, talk with locals and the food is what you’d expect from a place like this. The burgers are quite large, and fries are very good. Pizza is pretty good as well! The staff is always friendly and willing to chat. Don’t forget to get your Friday Fish Fry here too! Cheers to Pop-A-Top!

After riding our snowmobiles a couple of weeks ago, my buddies and I decided to stop there for a quick meal. The Pop-A-Top was on our way so we stopped there for food. The server was friendly and engaging. We ordered and our food arrived quickly. It was hot, tasty and inexpensive. This bar food was good! We’ll definitely eat there again!

I’m a small town country farm boy who loves to just kick back & tip a few with some folks who appreciate the blue-collar workers who help keep this great country running. This is just the place for that. Great food!! Good portions!! Reasonably priced! Great staff & owners!! If you want that down-home country feeling… then this is the place for you too.

Fabulous Fish Fry one week then came back a few weeks later on the Harley’s with another couple and everyone had burgers. Cooked to perfection with excellent flavor and it’s no tiny lil burger either! We for sure will return!! Just don’t try to enter or exit through the front door…it is actually the drive-up window if You call ahead and order food to go!!!

Decent bar. Espically in such a small area. We had the onion burger which was ok and we had the chicken wings which were amazing. I am very picky on my wings and I would go back again and again for them. They put sauce on the side which is amazing because the wing skin was nice and crunchy. I never clean the bones normally and this time a did. Amazing.
