Always wanted to go here as a kid in the 90s. I know it’s new owners, but still wanted to go. Very glad I did! Place was spotless! Drink selection was great! The staff were very kind and pleasant. The subs were great! Averaged out to a little under $15/person including drinks for me and my boyfriend. Not bad at all! Definitely coming back when I’m in the area!

Don’t sleep on the Indian food here – it’s incredible! We got the spicy tikka masala, palak paneer, and chicken tikka – all so, so good! And the service was so kind, they were very attentive to us. Reasonably priced too!

One of the best Chicken Tikka Masalas I’ve tried. Price is much more reasonable than other Indian places in the area. Staff were super friendly when I came to pick up the food and it was finished in a timely manner. Would recommend, and I will definitely be going back for more.

Ellie’s is AMAZING! My husband and I have tried several appetizers and entrees over several visits. Everything has been so outstanding. We love that they will make accommodations or requests that aren’t on their standard menu. We ordered a special dessert this week. Moong Dal Halwa. IT WAS AMAZING! Food and service was excellent. The team did a great job accommodating the spiciness levels that each of my family members wanted. Portion sizes were adequate for us to get multiple meals out of. My family especially enjoyed the Kashmiri Naan, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masalla. We had the opportunity to speak with the owners they are very cordial and people you can feel good about supporting.
We will definitely be eating here again and have already recommended Flames of India Kitchen to friends and family.

I ordered the chicken bomb which did not take too long to come out and it was delivered to me at my table which I was not expecting, but greatly appreciated.
The food is very fresh and tastes absolutely phenomenal. However, the atmosphere is dry. No music, TV, radio or anything. It is very quiet.
The inside arrangement of the tables and chairs is a little chaotic, and there is no formality to it. But all the while still a great recommended place to drop by

Delicious food, we went to lunch buffet and have been to dinner and takeout, always great food. Really enjoyed it. The paneer is a favorite but all selections have been perfect.

The best secret for amazing Indian Food. A real hidden gem, inside the Poor Boys Sandwich shop. The Chef has been cooking for over 25 years and his pride and love are definitely expressed, by serving some of the most amazing Indian Cuisine my Family has ever tasted. He cooks all of the traditional Indian Cuisine (in traditional fashion,) in his kitchen located at the back of the establishment. There is a lot of selections, but we’ve tried them all. Besides what’s on the menu, there are specials posted daily, like Tandoori Fish (which is amazing.) I highly recommended ordering the garlic naan bread with your meal. This hidden gem is so good, that I don’t want to give away my secret, but I’m also so happy to share this restaurant, so others can enjoy like my family does. We met the owner and Chef, they are very sweet and kind people that are very proud of their food.
Note- We call and order in advance for eat in or take out. Everything is made fresh with love, so there could be a 15 or 20 minute wait. Lastly, prices are amazing for quality and amount of food. I promise you will love Ellie’s Indian Curry Corner.

Visited Ellie’s for the first time today. The employee who took my order was very helpful and informative. She did not mind me asking so many questions as a first-time visitor. I ordered the Chicken Tikka, Coconut Rice, Roti, Garlic Naan, Samosa Chaat, and Kheer for dessert. Every single item was made to order, hot & fresh, and so damn delicious! I will be returning promptly! 10/10!
