I got the chicken over fries (ranch and Buffalo sauce) and my husband got the chicken poor boy sandwich, both were piping hot and delicious!!! For a small food truck, the deliver some stellar food. And a huge portion too. We spent $40 for two adults.

Delicious food. You really can’t go wrong with food at Poor Betty’s. Only gave 4 stars on atmosphere due to they don’t have seating. The brewery in same parking lot let’s people use their seating, but then I feel obligated to purchase from their establishment and they only carry beer. I hear its good, but I don’t like beer.

We stopped here while sipping on a tefreshing beer from Valdez Brewing. My husband ordered a PO Boy chicken sandwich which was decent, the best part was the sauce. They didn’t have any vegetarian options with the exclusion of the appetizers, which were solid: pretzel with nacho cheese and Cajun fries. Overall a little bit pricey but very good to accompany your beer.

$45 for a basket of fried chicken and a basket of shrimp. HUGE portion of mediocre fries and 1.5 chicken breasts. Sauce is served in tiny amounts and you’ll be paying extra once you inevitably need more. They were also brave enough to ask for a tip before any service was rendered and it being a food truck, won’t be. I hate this trend.

We are from the New Orleans area and let me say Poor Betty’s shrimp poboy is authentic Cajun approved. It was so good. Our only negatives were a bite or two without shrimp, and is no place to sit unless you go to the Brewery next door.

Really delicious sandwiches, worth venturing away from the harbour for. We had the chicken Po’ boy which had a great crunchy coating and yummy spicy ranch sauce on lovely fresh baguette.

AMAZING food and great service. Gumbo was the best we’ve had in the state, and I always love a calamari with tentacles in it! Will absolutely come back next time I’m in Valdez.

Food was good. Didn’t live up to the price tag though. Paid over $45 for a breast and a half of chicken and about ten shrimp all on a bed of fries.

OMG! Best sandwich I’ve ever had! Poboy shrimp. I missed good bread from New Jersey and this was as good as the best you can get. Just the right amount of crunch delicate and fresh. The fresh ingredients with the Louisiana Remoulade Sauce is to die for. I may have to get one tomorrow. We are at Valdez Brew house and the beers are delicious
