Awesome place!
I was stuffed and the sweet tea is perfect.
Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Definitely recommend.
I ordered the meat omelet and added all the veggies plus jalapeños, amazing place.

Pooches was a little crowded. My father loved the coffee and it was because it wasn’t too bitter, very smooth. The Goetta 3 egg omelette was really nice big with an extra slab of Goetta sitting across the top with extra cheese makes it just that much better. I had the hash browns and the English muffin it was just perfect. Then I Bobby ordered a chicken fried steak. The steak was done really well the hash browns are great and his eggs were cooked perfectly.
The biscuits are warm and fluffy try ’em y’all will love ’em.

The atmosphere reminded me of an old classic diner. The place was full of people and after sitting down, ordering our food and digging into it i could see why.
The food here was absolutely amazing. The best I’ve had in a long time. I had to force myself to stop eating so that i wouldnt make myself sick lol
I’d highly recommend this place. Portions are real nice and the price isn’t outrageous like most places.

Food was nice, ok portions for prices. I had a spinach omelet, to much spinach. Service was ok. They need to work on attentiveness, I ran out of drink and didn’t get a refill till the end of my meal, and the lady forgot what I was drinking and refilled my cup with water and not lemonade. Atmosphere was good. You could see a lot of locals go here. Seemed like people new each other. Good place to stop in for a bite and some conversation.

Wow!! Amazing breakfast!!
This is a perfect example of what an Ohio breakfast is!!

My son said that the deep-fried waffles was a 10/10. I had a bite and was blown away how it had the perfect crispyness that then melted into syrupy buttery deliciousness, yes it was perfect!

I had the western omelet and it was also a 10/10. Toast stayed lightly crispy all the way through the 4th piece. Hash browns also stayed that crispy yet tasty softness that you never find at a typical breakfast chain. The omelet was a good size with perfect amounts of fillings.

This is my family’s new favorite restaurant!

For years my friends have been telling me to go to Poochies. I was born and raised in that area but have lived in West Chester for the past 45 years. Finally had breakfast there last week. This review is not for the locals, they already know how good it is. It’s for people like me who’ve never been there. Good service, large portions and clearly a local point of pride that has earned the locals loyalty.

The reason a 2 star in atmosphere was a family allowing their very young child to sit and scream the majority of time there disturbing the entire restaurant. Actually just sit in a child chair screaming and crying. This is unacceptable behavior and lousy parenting. Either the dad or mom should have taken the child outside or a bathroom until calm not make the entire place have a bad meal. If not a manager should have asked them to do this.

Excellent breakfast choice on the east side of Cincinnati. Poochie’s is small but turns tables quickly. We visited on a Sunday around 11am and waited about 15 minutes for a table. I ordered the breakfast sandwich(sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant), my husband had the 3 meat omelette, and we split a pecan waffle. All of the food was delicious and the portions were large for the price. Service was friendly and our food was prepared pretty quickly.

This is just a Down Home great place to get some awesome food. It’s definitely a very homey and fun restaurant. I got three eggs, goetta, hash browns, and an English muffin with sausage gravy. It was amazing. The service was great. The inside of the restaurant is very pleasing. This is definitely a place you have to check out.

Such a cute place. Beware, it’s small! You sit really close to other tables. Our food was great! They don’t have gluten free bread or pancakes, FYI. Our server was great! They really work as a team to ensure the tables get clean quickly and keep you coffee topped off.
