I showed up yesterday to pickup an online order. For some reason my order didn’t show up in their system so it wasn’t started. The young man was very friendly and apologetic and insisted that he would cook it immediately and deliver it to me for free and that he would throw in something extra. Then he absolutely refused to take a tip when he delivered it. Very surprising to have such great service above and beyond these days. Plus their wings are the biggest and best price in the Hilton area IMO

It’s ridiculous how they can even serve food this burnt. This was a pickup order we placed online and paid for in store, when we seen how burnt everything was we called and complained, the manager said that they would remake everything and deliver it to us. Some time later we got a call back and they said that they could not deliver to us because our address was blacklisted. We have never ordered from here before today so how could we be blacklisted? They wouldn’t even give us a reason to why we were blacklisted. No refund or any other solution to the issue. Rude staff and horrible service!

I grew up eating Pontillos and after moving away to ENC 25 years ago- I missed it lol my sister came for a visit this week and she brought me a pepperoni pizza!!! I can tell you they went above and beyond to help her get it to me without it turning terrible I threw it in the freezer for a day and when I cooked it…OMG that sauce the crispy crust that silky cheese….I was 10 again at our dining room table lol my husband and I DeVoUrEd it. So not only was the service absolutely above and beyond- but their still killin those pizza pies yall. Imma have her bring me 2 next time!! Thanks guys for making my year!!!!

I ordered this pizza at 5:00 for delivery by Slice. Delivery was supposed to be between 6:00 to 6:10. My daughter went to see what was taking so long and was told the delivery person just left. She told your employee we tried many times to call but kept getting a busy signal. The employee said to her “that they leave the phone on so no calls come through when they are busy.

Had to stop eating because my jaw was tired, dough was a bit chewy. Wings were great. Might try a different dough thickness next time I think I got an original thickness medium.

We have always ordered from Pontillos for family events. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 3 orders of wings and a dozen garlic knots. The pizzas were burned on the bottom and the wings were overdone -hard, crunchy and literally no sauce. After spending over$ 100 including tip, I called and asked to speak with someone in charge. I explained my situation and was told he could remake but at this point I had a house full of people including kids who were hungry and was not going to wait another 30-40 minutes. When I indicated this the only response I got was “well I offered to remake for you”. My question is how could you ever let this bad of a product ever go out in the first place? Obviously you don’t care about your business and the customers . You’ve lost my business so don’t bother replying that you hope we have a better experience in the future .

Very good pizza. Sons have taken over from their father. Is well run, and orders are accurate. Fairly quick turn around after placing orders. The owner and employees care about customers. This pizzeria is an anchor in Hilton. Same family run for a very long time. Wings could be cooked to be crispy, not soggy. Highly recommended!

This is my favorite pizza place in all of Hilton. I love their sauce and their cheese. I always ask for no oregano and pepperoni and mushrooms. Their chicken wings are amazing. I get sweet and sour and mild buffalo for my family with extra blue cheese. The wings are gigantic and the sauce is awesome. I usually pick up but when I can’t they have delivery. The delivery comes in under an hour and the pizza and wings are hot and fresh. And the drivers are very nice and friendly. I don’t eat fast food I rarely go out to dinner and this is the only pizza that I eat.
