No overnight parking, arrived at 9:55 AM for a 10 AM appointment. Two hours and 45 minutes to get a dock. Many other drivers had come and gone since I arrived Shipping said my door was ready at noon, but the person who was supposed to let me know it was ready. Went on lunch. Was not notified when. Took two hours to be unloaded. Was not notified that they were done and the bills were ready. Would be one star if the lady in the office wasn’t very, very nice and apologetic. Getting pretty tired of these food places that have appointments, but never seemed to stick to them.

First time coming here, PU was scheduled for Monday between 6am-2pm drop&hook, arrived 6:30am and it was preloaded, dry load, had to wait for BOL another 40 minutes and gone. ( Hirschbach driver).

Be prepared to wait if you’re a live unload. Been here four hours past appointment time and still no door while others come and go to get unloaded or loaded. Will not return 🙁 1/5 stars

Other people can get in and out earlier than their appointments and based on this, I accepted another load that I then had to give back because when I asked about getting a door after sitting on the lot for an hour and a half, I was told my appointment was at 9am. Reasonable unload time once I was assigned a door, but arriving at 4:40am and leaving after 9:30am left a bad taste in my mouth. Guess it’s my own fault for getting there too early. Small lot(s) with many drop trailers so not much parking for live unloads. Google map it, you’ll see what I mean. They have a gate/intercom, so you can at least get on the property but there’s no room to park outside the gate in the entrance driveway because it’s narrow.

Truckers generally only leave reviews for the bad. Was here early for my 10am appointment 8am waited to get checked in for an hour (why not 5 stars). By 930 I was docked. Came with low expectations with all these negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Also truckers need to be nice and cordial with people will get you farther than a lot of bad attitudes a lot of truckers bring to the table.

Easy to get to pull up to fence, pin to get gate to open is in keypad. Check in area is about middle of the building. If you are a live unload confirm if they tell you it’s 6:00 because they don’t start to 7,:00. Still friendly people

Monday 6am arrival to unload. Office was quick to assign door. On green light pull park by fence walk to office for paperwork.

Horrible place to deliver. Got here 1/2 hr before my appointment. Checked in and was told to park and a shunt driver would tell me when to back into a door. Well that was 6 hrs ago and I am still waiting. Do not accept a load to this place. 4 other drivers have been waiting as long as myself, and they all have appointments before mine. Absolutely unacceptable, no excuse whatsoever for this. Will never be back!!!!
