My experience at Ponkos chicken was wonderful. Mr. Johnny is an amazing person to keep on yalls team. He exceeds every standard of customer service someone would want to have. He kept calling me by my name and suggested wonderful things to eat and try. The chicken was as delicious and so was the sweet fries and green beans. Hi my name is Louis. I had a fantastic experience at Marrieta Ponko for the noon service. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shout-out to Johnny he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Not only was he excellent at his job, but he also brought a lot of energy and entertainment to the experience. Shout-out to the dude working the counter and whoever worked the kitchen around noon today! Been going to the Ponko Chicken in Alpharetta forever, but Marietta topped it by a long shot. The chicken tenders were super crispy and flavorful and my leftovers even stayed crispy a couple hours later!! Dude at the counter was super nice too.

I came to Ponko for lunch this Indian guy, I believe his name was Johnny. He was super friendly had great humor and gave excellent service.
