The staff was extremely pleasant, food was okay, could have been a bit cleaner. This was Easter weekend and they were quite busy, and add to that you had a lot of people on spring break too. There was some problem with a couple in our party with temperature of food, and the meatloaf looked a bit old, but manager replaced it right away. They have not gone to new system of individual containers yet, which will help with temperature big time too! Would I come back? Yes!:)

The buffet looked like it had been sitting there for a day. Salad looked old and meat portions etc were more than small….mostly fried. Not the kind of Ponderosa I expected…way below par. Clean wasn’t on the top of the list …..even so not much going on
